I immediately was skeptical when looking at the outer appearance of the hotel. When I entered, there was a long wait due to a new software being used by the hotel and everyone having to manually check back in. I didn’t find this too much as an issue however, it gave me extra time to observe the uncleanliness of the lobby floors. After I was given my key, I went to my room and housekeeping was still cleaning my room and asked if I could wait 3 minutes for her to finish. Once she was done, I observed the vinyl wood floors coming up in the corner of the entrance. The bathroom was not clean at all with hair remnants over the sink, toilet, and shower. The bedding looked old and worn out as if the hotel does not purchase new bedding for its guests. I checked out immediately. These standards for people who spend their money and need a good nights rest are unacceptable. I do not recommend lodging here. How a hotel keeps its grounds is a reflection on how it feels about its customers. I would give this a 0 if I could.
