    I spent 197 nights in hotels last year, so yeah, you could say I'm a bona fide business traveler. I love this hotel. It is clean and quiet, and the service is superb. Hell, every night I stay here, they let me borrow a big plastic bowl to eat out of, and an armless chair so that I can play my guitar at the desk in my room. Bea always greets me with her warm smile and charming demeanor, and this makes my day. The showers are excellent, with glass doors, quality shower heads, and excellent water pressure. The owners didn't have to make the hotel this good, but they did. I recommend you stay here.

    I booked this hotel after being on the road since 3 am because it looked to have good reviews. I immediately was skeptical when looking at the outer appearance of the hotel. When I entered, there was a long wait due to a new software being used by the hotel and everyone having to manually check back in. I didn’t find this too much as an issue however, it gave me extra time to observe the uncleanliness of the lobby floors. After I was given my key, I went to my room and housekeeping was still cleaning my room and asked if I could wait 3 minutes for her to finish. Once she was done, I observed the vinyl wood floors coming up in the corner of the entrance. The bathroom was not clean at all with hair remnants over the sink, toilet, and shower. The bedding looked old and worn out as if the hotel does not purchase new bedding for its guests. I checked out immediately. These standards for people who spend their money and need a good nights rest are unacceptable. I do not recommend lodging here. How a hotel keeps its grounds is a reflection on how it feels about its customers. I would give this a 0 if I could.
