When i got off the plane, there was a voicemail waiting for me that my reservation was canceled due to plumbing issue, and a new reservation created across the street. When i got to the front desk, the guy said they overbooked the hotel, and moved me to the sister hotel, and they would be happy to "walk me over there". After asking to speak to a manager, as i was traveling with a co-worker and could not be at two separate hotels, this guy tells me the manager that made the decision, is not there, and they overbooked by 1!!!! and i was the one! even though other people have not checked in yet... there was nothing he could do. When i mentioned the voicemail about the plumbing issues... he said "oh yeah... that too". it was clear he actually could not care less. if i could leave 0 stars for customer servic

I would really like to acknowledge the cleaning staff, they have taken care of mine and my dog Duke needs for years. They are an excellent team led by Ms. Lizca, and I would like to recognize Gladys who has cleaned my room for years. Everyone loves Duke and makes sure Duke and I feel welcome and cared for. I hate when I have to return home, but myself and Duke will be back soon. Thank you to everyone on the cleaning staff.
