  Booked our room Feb 17th, and our stay was to begin Aptil 7th. So. 7 weeks in advance. And when we arrived, they had cancelled our room that morning. My credit card had flagged the charge because there was an out of state charge and the Holiday Inn emailed me at 9:30 in the morning and gave me 30 minutes to respond. I was on an airplane traveling there, at the ti.e they sent the email. They could accommodate me, nor did they offer assistance at a sister Holiday Inn. Basically, said your room is cancelled and we have no other rooms available. We were in town for my son's Basic Combat Training graduation, so rooms weren't available anywhere, also because the Masters Gold Tournament was going on. So we FINALLY found a hotel miles and miles away, and paid an astronomically rate because of all the events going on and that day reservation. I would give them a zero star if I could, especially with the front desk staff, basically saying, oh well, sorry.... Horrible service

  Very nice, either newly built or renovated. Mattresses extremely comfy in a fairly spacious room. Bathroom was small as usual for am IHG and our bath tub drained very slowly. If there were anything that would have me not visit here again it would be that breakfast didn't start until 7am. For early risers who get thier days started early, this is no Bueno. Even worse, we came down 10 mins early to possibly grab something that may not require cooking and they had the light off. Not complaining and not a huge deal, just found it really odd and fairly inconvenient.

  I TRAVEL FROM ATLANTA TO ATTEND A EVENT SO I TRYED TO CHECK IN AROUND 2PM BUT THERE WEREN'T ANY ROOMS READY SO I HAD TO RUSH TO MY EVENT. THEY NEED SOME HANDICAPPED, PARKING SPACES. THERE WERE, ALOT OF DIAMOND ELITES, PARKING SPACES.

  I went to this property to book a room. I had been driving for hours and wanted to rest for about 6. As the agent was searching for availability; My 8 year old daughter said she had to use to the restroom. I asked the agent where the restroom was located at in the lobby and she said she couldn’t go to the restroom because I hadn’t booked my reservation yet and she needs ID first. The agent refused to point me to the restroom so I walked around the corner looking for it while she was searching for availability. She immediately picked up the phone to dial 911 and to her surprise I waited to speak with the officer. The officer could not believe she denied access to the restroom to an 8 year old child during the booking process. I don’t know her name because she covered her name tag with her sweater but my son managed to snap a photo. She has terrible customer service skills and I have never experienced anything like that. I strongly suggest a course on customer service/hospitality. If you’re looking for a kid friendly hotel I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!!I IHG, first impressions matter. I trust that the situation would be addressed properly. Thanks
