    We booked two rooms at the hotel for an overnight stay on a road trip we were on. I specifically called to reserve the rooms a couple of months ahead of time so that we would have rooms next to each other. When we arrived we found out that they had placed us on two separate floors and the employee stated that there were no notes in the system about requesting rooms close to each other. I find it odd that you would need a note to realize that people booking two rooms would want them close by, but regardless calling and requesting this is evidently something they're not willing to actually accommodate. Outside of that, the rooms were not very clean. A lot of hair in the bathroom with a sticky floor. There's an odd step in the middle of the room that has a railing. Due to this there is a light shining through a vent near the floor at night that is extremely bright and there is no way to turn this off. We took a look at the pool and decided not to swim after there was an extremely bad smell coming out of the pool area when we visited. Overall the floors at the hotel were generally not very clean and the entire Place seem to be a little dirty. I'm fairly tolerant of this at most hotels as I realize that maintaining this 24/7 is hard but the entire place had this smell/dirty appearance the entire time we were there.

    I was surprised by the additional $5.00 fee for parking. The fee wasn't included in the original price. Our room was comfortable. The lobby floor was very dirty. Only one elevator was working. The staff were very friendly.

    Rooms are nice just dated beds are very comfortable. Staff is nice. The continental breakfast was lacking with options cold food and no waffle maker.

    Their unprofessional and will upcharge your credit card and change your reservations are not ho nor your current one we checked out earlier than what I had on my reservations and were charged anyway for nights we didn't stay. I haven't received my 75 dollars damaged wavers fee as of yet each room which where three I was over charged 1300.00 for two nights. I wouldn't recommend this place to any military family nor less anyone else. I forgot to mention 5 dollars to park in the parking lot a night. So deceptive and fraudulent.

    I was going to give this a 3-star until we had breakfast and slept in the beds. We came to meet with family halfway for a night. The room was good, not great, but the beds were probably the most comfortable I've slept in, in a long time. Great pillows too. The breakfast was way better than expected, tons of great hot options. We were really excited about the indoor pool since it's winter, but the pool was freezing (every child had blue lips). I don't know how "heated" pools work, but I felt like that missed the mark. The staff was perfectly friendly, which is great because a lot of the signs that indicated locations of amenities were incorrect 😅 overall, I would stay here again though
