- KBKimberly Bongalon3 days ago1.0We made a reservation in this hotel for 4/11/26 and stayed here before. We are a Diamond Elite member and would always call the day before to make accomodations for our room. I called this evening and Julie answered the call. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE, & was antagonizing me. She stated that she have worked for IHG for 6 years and that I cannot take a case against her and the hotel. Obviously she does not know what she is talking about. Julie hung up the phone on me after getting into a full blown argument with me. I had called back the hotel and was speaking to a Ya-Ya and Julie took the phone right back and continued to argue with me. I have stayed in many Holiday Inns and other IHG properties and had never come across anything like this. This is the WORST front desk in IHG I ever have come across. Needless to say, I called the Diamond Elite customer service and had them cancel my reservation and get all my points back. I had the rebook me to another Holiday Inn in the same area. I would not spend nor use my points in this property. If I could give this hotel a no star, I would.

The issue I’m running into is I’m having to chase around the representative to email me a copy of my bill and I’ve called three times so far and keep getting different answers. It’s not a business travel, friendly location unfortunately.

Then we got a queen size bed room and the air conditioner made noise all night that we couldn’t sleep . One o’clock in the morning we heard someone next door drunk screaming profanity at his wife to open the door . It said on line you can pay in cash the room and we weren’t allowed to . We couldn’t pay cash to get sodas . Breakfast was over cooked and terrible . Not worth going there . It’s dirty hotel .
