- CSCharlene SmithApr 6, 20265.0I had a great stay at this hotel! My room was very clean and the Receptionist was very welcoming and clear about instructions of everything. Checking out was super easy too. Lot of restaurants are walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate if I had to stay at Holiday Inn IHG again whenever I'm visiting Columbia, SC!
- ABAllen B.Apr 1, 20262.0Clean room. But. Not friendly at desk. Advertised on-line rate was $112. Actual rate at desk was $214. Would not give discount for rewards member or AAA or AARP. Other Holiday Inns we have stayed at offer the discounts. Charges a holding fee of $75 for up to 30 days for any damages. We did not trust this since maybe they would charge us for unproven damages after we checked out and miles away. I made manager check room when we left. The suite area of king rooom was a waste. Only 1 elevator worked. Other reviews said the other elevator has been down for days. Very expensive for what you get.
