The window coverings did not block the bright parking lot lights, making it very difficult to sleep — especially for anyone sensitive to light. The room’s old-style window air conditioner was both noisy and blew cold air directly into the room, which was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was not functioning, and my wife even found mold in one of the breakfast pastries. The hotel itself is older and located near the highway, which is convenient but adds to the noise level. On the positive side, the rate was reasonable compared to nearby competitors. During our visit, the hotel was fully booked due to a football game, which may have affected overall maintenance and service quality.

Only 1 working elevator for 6 floors so the wait is horrendous (especially if you are on the top floor) Don't fall for the sites that say free breakfast and don't get the package or pay for it either. They are charging $12.95 for what would be barely acceptable as a free continental at any self respecting hotel. Barely cooked scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and the nasty cheap sausage patties. Not even the pancakes, waffles, or biscuits and gravy you would get at a basic free breakfast at other hotels. Staff completely unconcerned when brought to their attention. Breakfast attendant sends you to the front desk, front desk says they'll mention it to the kitchen. Absolutely no customer service skills to be found here. I suggest not wasting your money here and choosing another hotel for your stay.

So you can’t watch the local ABC, CBS, NBC. NO ESPN, HBO, TNT…nothing. All that is available are the Samsung installed channels from the free network. So you can watch all the Bob Ross or Fear Factor replays you want, but that’s it. Basic cable tv is offered in motels. But not here. Extremely disappointed.
