One of our beds had dark specks in the sheets and the bed sheets looked like somebody had been laying on them. The room was very noisy we couldn't sleep ... they put us in a room over the lobby door .. the door opening and closing made loud banging noises constantly.. when we called the front desk they refused to move our room. You could hear every body in the lobby talking in our room. the toilet hoses still had the stickers on them . The bathroom mirror was all messed up.... very strange upkeep in general.

My favorite person at the front desk is LP. We moved from a holiday inn on the other side of the town and the hotel and service was trash. The difference between the two hotels are night and day. My favorite person at the front desk is LP. She always greets everyone with a smile and remembers our name. Anytime we need a suggestion for a restaurant or have a challenge in the room she is there with an a see and always take care of any concerns that may arise. I will definitely let my boss know to keep us at THIS location, as we stay on a weekly basis. The treatment is always the same.
- JTJacob ThompsonNov 11, 20255.0The owner of my company being a diamond member always us to always have great service with our stays but this location here is always top notch and LP takes extremely great care of us all the staff does but she pays close attention to all the guys working with us going above and beyond I highly recommend anyone traveling to make sure they stay IHG and if in Columbia SC make sure you deal directly with LP
