- BTBecky TurnerFeb 22, 20263.0This is an older HI Express, so it's a little rough around the edges, but basically clean with comfortable beds. The rooms are of good size equipped with plenty of towels, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a small fridge. There is a large screen TV, which was nice, but only basic channels. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable Unfortunately after checking out the breakfast options, I need to downgrade my review. The pancake/waffle machine was broken, and I was told they were out of their famous cinnamon rolls after a busy weekend. Honestly, this made me change my mind about visiting again. Was it too much to expect a well stocked breakfast on a Monday?

- GMGary McMahonFeb 5, 20261.0Bed Bug Alert. I have stayed at this location multiple times. The rooms have been tolerable, staff is usually great. This last time I found a bed bug. I notified the front desk. Threw my bed clothes away, and expected a call from the manager or owner. That did not happen. I certainly hope they called in a pest control company. The lack of response will lose them a repeat customer. Hard to believe no one in management cared enough to reach out.

We are currently on a long road trip from Florida to Michigan with our family and experienced a scary mechanical issue with our van. The staff here went above and beyond by granting us a gracious extended checkout so we could get our vehicle repaired without being stranded or rushed. Their kindness turned a high-stress situation into a manageable one. The rooms were great, but the service and empathy from the staff are what truly set this place apart. Highly recommend!
