  Rooms are nice just dated beds are very comfortable. Staff is nice. The continental breakfast was lacking with options cold food and no waffle maker.

  Their unprofessional and will upcharge your credit card and change your reservations are not ho nor your current one we checked out earlier than what I had on my reservations and were charged anyway for nights we didn't stay. I haven't received my 75 dollars damaged wavers fee as of yet each room which where three I was over charged 1300.00 for two nights. I wouldn't recommend this place to any military family nor less anyone else. I forgot to mention 5 dollars to park in the parking lot a night. So deceptive and fraudulent.

  I was going to give this a 3-star until we had breakfast and slept in the beds. We came to meet with family halfway for a night. The room was good, not great, but the beds were probably the most comfortable I've slept in, in a long time. Great pillows too. The breakfast was way better than expected, tons of great hot options. We were really excited about the indoor pool since it's winter, but the pool was freezing (every child had blue lips). I don't know how "heated" pools work, but I felt like that missed the mark. The staff was perfectly friendly, which is great because a lot of the signs that indicated locations of amenities were incorrect 😅 overall, I would stay here again though

  Extremely accessible to the interstate and a straight shot to downtown newberry. We visited the opera house that evening and it was maybe a 10-15 minute ride. The beds were extremely comfortable, Linens were excellent, front desk was nice and the breakfast was surprisingly good with a clean restaurant. We will definitely stay here again!

  This hotel is very outdated, at least our room. Our room (#312) was a nice size for a suite, and would be a perfect size for larger families. But it was very old, had a weird smell, paint peeling off the ceiling (mainly in the bathroom), stains all over the carpet. The bathroom had two toilet paper holders, both not installed correctly and nearly falling off the wall. Most outlet covers were not installed properly and were tilted some direction. The TV had a mount behind it, but tv was sitting on the dresser. In the shower room there was one town rack, but no hooks anywhere to hang your wet towels. It looked almost like our room was used for people to practice their carpentry skills. I was definitely disappointed in the rooms, to say the least. Now the staff were amazing and very friendly.
