    This is a tired hotel. The room was weirdly laid out with a srep down where the desk and chair was. It was separated by a wrought iron rail. It was a lot of wasted space. There could have been a couch for better seating. The blind in the picture is badly torn. The service was OK. Breakfast was not great. There was only one working elevator. And there was only one normal size cart for luggage. I won't be going back.

    The only issue I have with this hotel is the signage for ice and vending. I had to ask where the ice machines were because the current signage states you must go down which leads you to believe they are on the first floor. In reality there are no ice machines on the first floor but on all the upper floors to the left of the elevator when you exit, which the room with the ice machine has zero signage stating that is where it is located. One of the employees told me that when IHG took over the property they did not update the signs. Other than that the room was very clean, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing.

    Nice room but was disappointed that the website says heated pool. I called the hotel the day of checking in to confirm it was heated and they said it was. It was not! It was very cold. Fortunately the hotel canceled our reservation and did not charge us but it was a hassle as we were already in our room and had to change hotels.

    The room, lobby, fitness center, guest services was by far one of the best. But then when I woke up this morning to get me a HOT BREAKFAST, I see the sign below. It's the weekend come on now. You pay for a Hotel Stay and then get a continental breakfast. I could have just stay down the street at the Comfort Inn. Very disappointed. Then when you ask the workers, they just say it will be ready in the morning. So what about today. NO ANSWER. I ALMOST GAVE 5 STARS

    The holiday inn staff treat you like family. Each guest service representative is very respectful and understanding. Unfortunately I had surgery and had trouble walking. The entire staff took there to assist me, provided a wheelchair, and even helped me to my room. Andrina, Julia, Tasha, Khadijah, and management Mr. Philip. All are extremely outstanding when it came to anything I needed. Definitely a family away from home, my entire stay has been wonderful. Housekeeping staff does there job, cleanest room you could possibly have.the Head supervisor get the job done. Thank you everyone, best stay ever.
