10/10 highly recommended !! The only thing I hated was the parking lot not being big enough to house all the people who’s needing to stay .. two out of the 3 nights I had to park on the street but it’s free on the weekends but other than that my room was soo beautiful

Location is great. Rooms are adequate. I had no glaring complaints for my two night stay other than probably the worst hotel internet. Drops you frequently and barely enough bandwidth to do anything online.

We recently traveled 7.5 hours to attend a graduation and spent a total of $578 for a three-night stay ($527 for lodging and $17 for parking). Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of even basic expectations. While the hotel maintains clean and tidy entrances, that level of care did not extend throughout the property.
This marks my second—or possibly third—disappointing experience with Holiday Inn, and regrettably, it will likely be my last.
On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, the dining area was well-maintained, and the staff member managing the breakfast bar was kind and attentive. However, I was alarmed to find black mold on the outside bottom of the water dispenser near the entrance—something I only noticed after having already consumed water from it.
Overall, the lack of attention to important health and cleanliness details was concerning and detracted significantly from our stay.
Upon arrival, we viewed three different rooms before settling on one – not by choice, but out of exhaustion:
First Room 212: Had an overwhelming smell of urine. The shower contained pubic hairs and yellow drip stains which I believed were urine stains – completely unacceptable hygiene standards.
Second room (number forgotten): Strong mildew odor, hair found under a pillow suggesting the sheets had not been changed. The other bed had visible stains.
Third Room 210 (the one we ended up staying in): While the sheets were clean and odor was less severe, the room was dusty throughout. There was a large stain on the bed skirt, mold on the bathroom caulking, and dirt in the corners. Our allergies worsened the longer we stayed.
The room was booked for five guests, yet only three towel sets were provided, and no sheets were supplied for the pull-out sofa. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to request basic necessities.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with uneven mattresses that caused us back pain each morning. The pull-out bed was especially poor—my son could feel the springs and the metal bar beneath him.
To make matters worse, I left the hotel with a lost voice and worsening allergies, likely due to the dust and air quality in the room.
Given the cost and the condition of the rooms, this experience was not only disappointing but also concerning from a health and safety standpoint.

I stayed overnight over the past weekend, initially I felt the hotel was great. Updated, clean, free breakfast offered, location within walking distance to so much! One side of the bed had clearly been over used and had sunken in, slept ok until later on in the day left arm and leg started itching pretty badly...low and behold I had clusters and lines of tiny little bumps! I have experienced bedbug bites YEARS ago and knew that's exactly what this was. This was a lovely hotel apart from getting eaten up while I was asleep. I also came across a few baby brown banded cockroaches in the bathroom, specifically in the shower.
