- LLLyna2 days ago3.0I don't feel the rooms were cleaned well enough. The water pressure sucks and the water doesn't get hot. The thermostat is weird. The walls are very thin as you can hear everything. The side door is never shut all of the way so anyone is able to walk in. The location was cool tho.

They was trying to say we couldn't have our dog when clearly its a services dog. The dog does emotional support. Then the lady gone get sassy saying "how can a mixed breed be a service dog?"

- JWJames WagonerNov 2, 20253.0Room was floor looked a little dingy. Counter by the bed was coming off. Some one tried to fix with drywall screw at an angle but still not very sturdy. Bed was horrible. Laid down in a big hole. Moved to other side of bed lifted me up about 6 inches. Very lumpy. Breakfast was noting great. Powdered eggs. Compared to the Holiday INN in Fayetteville NC this one need help. Pancake machine not working. The best part of the hotel is the service workers. Check inn was great. Desk attendant was very polite and cheerful. Enjoyed talking to her greatly.

The front desk was awesome and welcoming! Especially KD who couldn’t be nicer and more welcoming! I would stay with them again if I ever find myself back in Columbia!
