However Brittini at the front desk is the definition of hospitality and customer service. She was patient and professional with everyone. The rooms are clean, modern and located at a great location. - MMMike McDonald5 days ago1.0I made a reservation pretty much a month in advance to Nov 19th. My reservation was cancelled dued to funds not available on the card on file. So I called the hotel to asked why and the front desk agent told me that my reservation was cancelled cause funds was not available in that card. She told me to go back in a redo the reservation so I did that. And a few minutes my card was done again. So my card and account has two insufficient charges. So I called her and told her that I was going to add the funds and so I added 78 dollars. Get to the hotel they tell me that u will be charge $100 deposit and $157 for for both night.. the two front desk clerk was very rude. Asked to speak to the manager and I couldn’t. Would not recommend this hotel to any one…

The breakfast was actually quite good. It’s a clean hotel that is within walking distance to good restaurants and cultural events.

The hotel is clean and quiet. It is a great location right off the heart of downtown near the statehouse. Jodi and her staff go the extra mile and were very friendly with all of our large group.

I am one of the chaperones, and have had the best stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of moving parts with this type of group, which can be challenging, but the staff keeps up with all of it! The rooms are also spotless and cleaned daily. Well done, Holiday Inn Express Columbia Downtown! Looking forward to our school trip next year.
