I use the BW App well inadvance to traveling, (this is no walk in situation) No, thanks for your loyalty, no acknowledgement, no complimentary waters.... asked anyways if that was normal? "We out". Location is short diversion from hwy20. Best part of stay is the hot water and shower pressure... water so hot, it set off my smoke detector. King bed slept fine, pillows were not BWs finest (BW Aurora), we perfer Everast or Victoria. Included breakfast very mid,... will get you started. ... not a return customer

Pretty good pricing, comfortable rooms, very good hot breakfast! This particular BWEI & S was just as excellent as the others we've stayed in. You can stay cheaper, but if you have to be away from home, live a little at the Best Western Executive Inn & Suites!!
- LLLiviOct 11, 20253.0Pros - Hot water and great water pressure. Front desk lady was helpful and professional. No roaches or bedbugs detected. Quiet. Cons - room smelled of smoke, stains on the carpent and the wall. Blood stains on the mattress cover. Stain on the blanket. Mold in the shower.
