  The rooms were nice but we were forced to move from two rooms. The first room the power went out in half the room and they said they needed us to move for maintenance to work on it. The second room there was a leak in the bathroom and water was pouring from the ceiling so we had to move again. We’re military and had to stay here with our pets until housing was available. They never offered a free night or discount for the inconvenience of having to move two rooms because of them. We had to pack up our entire luggage and room (groceries included) and our pets and move rooms. No ‘sorry’ or anything. Then when we moved rooms we received a call from the manager that we would be charge extra due to the mess our pets left, which we have cats and bought scratching toys and boards and play toys. The only mess I can assume is litter (which I we had towels down in front of the litter but if you have cats you know that litter gets everywhere.) so they charged us extra just to vacuum the room? Do they not normally vacuum between guests? Gross. We also had to keep extending our stay due to no housing availabilities and even though we communicated clearly we were extending and we confirmed with the front desk, they still continuously locked our room key and would come pounding on our day asking when we plan to leave since ‘check out is in an hour’. I would tell them we extended and they would huff and say “I’ll go check but I don’t think so.” Just to never return, not even an apology call or anything. THEN after we had left the hotel and been gone a month we noticed a smoking fee on the bill?! We don’t even smoke? The GM states they confirmed the room smelled like smoke themself and there’s really no way to argue that I guess but AWFUL SERVICE. STAY ELSEWHERE.

  Simple, clean, friendly. Surprisingly quiet. A very nice basic quality hotel.

  The covers were nasty & the shower was horrific! The carpet had a lot of trash on it and you could see it literally everywhere. when I dropped my stress ball it rolled under the bed and under the bed was even more disgusting . Those rooms are not being clean, Neither are the sheets. When walking in at first glance the room looks nice but this one wasn’t . My mom is a IHG MEMBER & this hotel isn’t cheap but because she’s not a confrontational person she didn’t say anything. We’ve literally stayed here before while traveling & our room was never dirty so this visit was disappointing. The staff was WONDERFUL & friendly it was just the rooms.

  This place will cancel your prepaid reservation without notice. Do not book here if you actually expect to have a room to sleep in. Also they did not process a refund until I demanded it through Orbitz. Apparently they think it is okay to cancel your reservation and still keep your money.

  I would leave them a zero if I could. They cancelled our reservation without notice. Not what you want to learn when you arrive at 10:30 after driving all day. The manager wouldn’t even come out to talk with us.
