For anyone attempting to contact this hotel by phone, please be aware that you may encounter less-than-welcoming service, particularly from Ivy. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter to ensure future guests receive the respect and professionalism they deserve.

The staff is very polite and courteous. I had no issues checking in/out or connecting to WiFi and the room was super clean.
