- SDSherry DyeJan 31, 20265.0Clinton SC Hampton Inn is always my place to stay while traveling through the area. Two weekends ago, I was in town for my 50th Birthday. We got back to our room late, and noticed the popcorn in the lobby was empty. Amber was working at the desk and I asked her if she could make some. She said that she had not made any before, but would see what she could do. I told her we were celebrating my BD and that would make my day! We went to our rooms and about 20 minutes later, Amber asked us to come to the lobby. We did and found that she made us a batch of popcorn. In addition, she had made a happy birthday sign for me! I was blown away by her kindness. She is the definition and picture of great customer service.
