Front desk staff are nice, lobby area is nice with a nice deck, even though there's no view to anything except kudzu. Can't comment on housekeeping yet as they havent knocked while I've been sleeping, which is inevitable.

Our room door barely closed, which felt unsafe. Overall, the place didn’t meet basic cleanliness or safety standards. Breakfast was okay—just your usual standard hotel food. Definitely expected more from a Holiday Inn Express.
