- JLJulie LedfordDec 10, 20255.0My family stayed here 23 nights this fall, during an extremely difficult time when we had a very sick family member that I needed to be close to. We were well taken care of and the staff was compassionate and kind. We stayed in about 7 different rooms as we often checked out for the weekends and came back during the weeks, over a 45 day period. Every room has a wonderful shower and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast daily and the gym as well. Parking lot feels safe even as a woman coming in and out by myself late at night. With 23 nights here, in many different rooms, I really don’t have any complaints. Anything that went wrong during our stay was taken care of promptly. Thank you, Best Western Clemson. You took care of us during hard times and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Others noticed and came to help and didn’t receive an apology until the next day. Great location for a game day but I will not be back.

THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU AND ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT YOU STAYING THERE WHEN YOU DID NOT!!! THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND LIED AND TOLD ME THAT I INDEED STAYED THERE WHEN I DID NOT!!! WOULD NOT CHECK THE CAMERAS OR ANYTHING, JUST STATE THAT I SIGNED THE REGISTRY (SO IT MEANS I STAYED I GUESS) BUT I NEVER WENT TO THE ROOM. I LITERALLY PAID FOR THE ROOM, WALKED OUTSIDE AND THEN BACK IN TO CANCEL!! I DON’T KNOW WHO STAYED IN THAT ROOM BUT IT WASN’T ME!! THE YOUNG LADY STATED THAT SHE CANCELED IT BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED AND NOW THEY WONT REFUND ME!!! STAY AWAYYYYYY!!
