Buyer beware. I received a confirmation email with the rate of $128.97 but was charged $168.83. When I contacted the hotel I was given another number to call and when I called that number I was given another a third number to call just to open a complaint. Very disappointing customer service. Beware!

Sad! Had a giant room block that they weren’t even ready for after so many emails back and forth and they knew what time we were arriving. Really dropped the ball. Not coming back next year with our team.

I had a good stay here, came out for the 2026 Clemson IISE Regional Conference.
When I left and arrived home, I realized I was missing some things. I assumed I had left them here. I called the front desk worker, Gunner Patterson, who answered and did all he could to help me find and comfort me regarding my lost belongings, going above and beyond any services I have been provided before. Luckily, one of my friends found it left in our rented vehicle.
Regardless, it was a good stay, and the service was the best I have ever experienced. I look forward to the next time I am in Clemson.
It stayed over the weekend on a business trip, and usually have had fine experiences in the past.
This time, there was a lot to be desired. To start off, I had to change rooms at about 2:00 in the morning on my first night because the climate control was not responding in the room that I was originally in. Apparently the interior/atrium rooms have climate control linked in a stack? So... You can only use whatever climate control setting that three other rooms of strangers agree to use. I was told that this is a carryover from previous ownership and branding, but the climate control system looked to be new in the past couple of years.
When I moved over to the new room, there was still old soap from a previous guest left in the shower. Add to that.... It seems that the only service for housekeeping is making the bed, but I'm not complaining about that.
This weekend I stayed with an event that sells out every room in the hotel perennially. Saturday morning breakfast service is advertised to start at 7:00 a.m., despite that, by time I arrived to breakfast Saturday morning at 7:01, everything was cleared out. It would have been nice to have a heads up if breakfast service was going to be a little bit earlier, and also would have been nice for the hotel to have been a little better prepared with maybe one extra set of hands to keep breakfast service restocked.

Called to check on a room for my girlfriend who is a nurse to get her closer to work and a shorter drive home. Was informed that since she is local they require a 250 cash only deposit until she checks out.
