  Fire alarm going off upon entering, burned areas from a different fire a night before, Front entrance ramp damages bottom of vehicles that they clearly have no intention of fixing. Rooms weren’t ready when they were supposed to be. Had to ask and said “we still have to check them” THEN GO CHECK THEM DO YOUR JOB No close parking. Actually a joke to try and be running a business like this. Stay away at all cost. Waited in lobby for over an hour for our room to be ready

  We booked this room for two nights at $165/night. Upon checking out the bill came to $514. I asked why I was charged $265 for the first night, “Sometimes the internet prices are not correct.” As soon as we stepped off the elevator the smell in the hallway was bad, old carpet. The carpet in the room was worn and clearly needed to be replaced, and overall the space felt outdated. The sliding shower door wouldn’t stay closed, it would slide open on its own due to gravity, even if you tried to shut it. The room door was also misaligned with the frame making it difficult to close. Only one other room on our floor was occupied, and we could constantly hear the occupants struggling to slam their door shut. For $514 for two nights, you’d expect a much better-quality hotel in a more desirable location. BYW: We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on East Bay Street Savannah GA and it was a night & day difference, Savannah was much much better.

  Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ausstellen. Selbst wenn man sie auf ‚off‘ dreht, läuft sie unvermindert weiter und macht einen Höllenlärm. An Schlaf ist dabei (für Europäer auf jeden Fall) nicht zu denken. Wenigstens hat sie nicht mehr gekühlt…

  What a mess. At the time of booking I expressed my allergy to down/feathers. I was told my room would be clean and free for down. When I checked in a asked if the room was down free. I was re assured it was noted and no down. But when I got to the room there was down and the front desk stated that they were the only one here. Because of this I had to goto the emergency room to get treatment from being exposed to down. I can't move my head. Eyes swollen and hard to breathe. On top of that the fire detector was going of every 5-10 seconds. Phones didn't work in the room. Had to walk down and tell front desk which stated that maintenance does not come in till 9am. So no sleep that night..... Parking is nonexistent

  Horrible to say the least. So I checked in on 3/30/26 and got to the hotel early due to TSA issues. My room wasn’t ready so she told us to come back at 1pm. Came back at 1 and still not ready and had a walking tour at 2. While waiting in the lobby. Another lady checked in as a walk in. I was fit to be tied. I went behind her in line and finally got my room. Which was like a motel 6. But no light left on. Mold in the bathroom and basin needed elbow grease and Ajax. Very small rooms from what I’m use to. The next day I allowed them to clean the room. They never even vacuumed the room or cleaned. Made the bed and towels. That same day they had no creamer for the coffee. The following day, same thing not cleaning the room and this time no coffee grinds for the coffee maker. Really! Sub par hotel. I do not recommend staying there. Unless it’s for an hourly rate.
