  The best part of the stay was the excellent staff. They were top notch and very accommodating. I don't normally mention staff by name but all the staff went above and beyond. A big shout out to Latana, Tamara, Belle, Carly and Philip all were a joy to deal with while staying at the hotel. I can say all were extremely pleasant and helpful in their own way during our five night stay and even before we arrived. But also to Aladan and Isabella who made sure I made it to a local church on time when my Uber driver was not going to be of any help. This was amazing and so appreciated! As for the room itself, a big plus was the ample closet space we needed. The only drawbacks were no table near the only chair in the room, and the lighting over bathroom mirror could be a bit brighter especially since one must lean in across a large sink/vanity area to apply makeup, etc. Otherwise the room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed.

  Location- really great if you plan to walk around. It’s close to everything. We didn’t need a car. Rooms- they are really nice. Our shower could have fit a family. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were too soft for us. Everyone at the front desk is very nice! Overall we will be back!

  This was our second stay in the last two months and really enjoy the hotel. Rooms are great and the staff all have been very welcoming each time. We had drinks and snacks at the restaurant which were great. Have not eaten at the restaurant but always look busy at night. Location is also great, just off King Street. We have stayed at most all the downtown hotels over the last 10 years and would recommend Hotel Richmont to anyone.

  The Richemont hotel was the best experience for my wife and I anniversary experience. The service was top-notch from the front desk to the cleanliness and the care in attention to detail for our special anniversary day. We think the Richemont very much for putting the effort and showing how true hospitality is done

  I am just wrapping up my stay here and have had a wonderful experience. The service was phenomenal. From the valet to front desk and housekeeping my welcome was warm. After check-in the attentiveness from everyone I came in contact with showed they place service and customer experience as their priority. I did also want to call out the restaurant - The Two Bit Club. The food was very good (I would happily return), but again, the service was excellent. I sat in the bar and the bar staff was friendly and polite, and even brought me a little complimentary appetizer, which was the Yellowtail Crudo, scrumptious! Thank you to Vitus for a wonderful dinner.
