  Holiday Inn Express, more like Covence Store Express. The cleaning staff casually cussed in front me and straight up refused to "clean duvets because they didn't feel like it." I went to ask for more body wash because the wall system was out. When I returned, they left a bottle on the bathroom sink and didn't bother to replace the old one. They also had a dirty well used bath mat rolled up and placed on the side of the tub like I was to reuse it. The bathroom faucets all had water residue caked in to the handle. Sanitation department should investigate this place.

  Horrible first impression of CHS. I mean, this was a cheap hotel option but I still way over-paid. Do yourself a favor and go across the street! Staff - C’mon… it was 4 PM and home girl was really rude and unwelcoming. Noise - VERY loud. I was woken up every hour by the noise in the hallways and janitorial closet. Room - yuck. Random hairs, micro filth. The furniture looks like it was bought from a local rage room. WiFi - Connected, just doesn’t work. I work remotely so that sucked. Location - Fantastic. Close to everything.

  They firstly gave us a room that had not been cleaned which was very unpleasant. Then after complaining we got another room. No apology just oh I thought that room had been cleaned.

  Mr. Lawrence Is An Incredible General Manager! He went above and Beyond to Accommodate me and my team! Extremely Professional, and Very kind! The rooms Are Renovated, Beds Comfortable and Up to Date! I Highly Recommend A Stay Here We Stayed Several Nights! Heather was very Helpful and Always tried to Help me whenever I asked for something. Thank you Guys for doing Such a wonderful Job the whole Staff! Great Hotel!
