Perfect location to be in walking distance of the best dining and nightlife spots. The rooms are charming and spacious, with very high ceilings and a fireplace. Comfortable beds, too.

Rooms are alright...tv maybe from 1983. Not tremendously impressed. Service is non existent. No onsite parking. Do NOT attend the time share sales presentation unless you want to listen to some dude that is totally into himself and will irritate the heck out of you with his fake obnoxious laugh! They will never get to an actual price...but they'll tell you for an hour straight how much it isn't! Honestly one of the worst sales presentations I've ever been to!!!

Staff has always been friendly when we have stayed here. We love the location as it is close to the water front park and it is right in the middle of the historic downtown area. The resort itself is in a historical cotton warehouse. The rooms are rustic, but are nice.
