- WPWil Petty5 days ago5.0Stayed here for three nights. Staff was very friendly and engaging. The rooms were clean, and a great size. The price was really great. I had a medical emergency while in town, and had to stay one more night, the staff was extremely helpful in getting me through that process. The only critique I have, and it isn't anything they can control, is if you're wanting quiet, the back stretch of rooms overlook a residential neighborhood. Maybe it was just a 1-2 night thing, but there were kids screaming at the top of their lungs while playing up til about 10:30-11 p.m. and they were not stopping. That is nothing against the hotel, seeing there's literally nothing they can do about that, but if that is something that could bother you, definitely make a note of that in your reservation so they can put you in a spot away from that.

I want to say that the staff here are truly exceptional, the night desk staff member, Sammy, is so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and was so friendly and kind. Shout out to my man Sammy!! And breakfast is provided, absolutely perfect breakfast, the kitchen attendant, a young lady, has the best layout, clean, tidy and fresh. Stay here for your trip to Charleston and you really won't be disappointed, can't wait to go back!! Thank you to the Best Western hotel staff, we'll be back soon for sure 😊
