There are also several restaurant options in the vicinity and within walking distance.

    While entering the elevator, I realized that I had stepped on dog feces. Upon further observation, there was not only fresh dog feces inside the elevator, but also several spots of dried dog feces both inside the elevator and leading out of it. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. At check-in, I had specifically requested not to be placed near any animals. While I do not have an issue with animals themselves, I wanted to avoid potential issues during my vacation, as pet owners manage their animals differently. Seeing numerous animals throughout the hotel and encountering this situation was very frustrating and disappointing. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel attendant. Although the attendant cleaned my shoes, they are permanently ruined as a result of this incident. The condition of the elevator and surrounding area reflects a serious lack of cleanliness and oversight, which negatively impacted my stay. I will not return to this hotel again!!!

    We stayed from Nov. 3rd through Nov. 11th. The staff were great. I left a ring in the room and the housekeeper turned it in. I would like to thank again Alsia, housekeeper and Leesa head of housekeeping. Jemca AGM, Katiuska front desk. I was pleasantly surprised that my ring was turned in. Thank you for your honesty. This Hotel also host long term guests. I found the hotel to be quiet, great free washer and dryers. Great full kitchens.

    Do not under any circumstances stay here. Before we got to the elevator we were overwhelmed by the smell. It smelled like dog piss and cheap carpet shampoo. Once in the room, everything felt damp. We all had terrible headaches after ten minutes. We left, and to their credit the refunded us without issue. Stay at the Best Western two minutes away. Much much nicer
