Candlewood Suites hotels are extended-stay properties. Housekeeping service is provided every seven days. If you need fresh towels or additional supplies please stop by the front desk. Candlewood Suites hotels do not serve breakfast every morning due to the fact every room has a full kitchen in the room. However, we have several options in our Candlewood Cupboard for purchase. There are also several restaurant options in the vicinity and within walking distance.

This property has a significant roach infestation, specifically in the [kitchenette/bathroom] areas. They are crawling all over the room. Finding pests in an extended-stay suite is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. As a traveler with strict health requirements, a clean environment is non-negotiable, and this stay has been completely ruined. I have officially documented this with IHG Corporate under Case #10472481094. I am not seeking a simple room move at this property; I am demanding that IHG provide a future stay at a different, sanitary property within their brand (like a Holiday Inn Express) at a date of my choosing to compensate for this failure. Until this location undergoes professional pest remediation, I strongly advise anyone looking for a clean place to stay near Bluffton/Hilton Head to book elsewhere. I Do Not like roaches at all!!
