  This was my second time returning for business and as usual it was clean, friendly and quiet. I will be back next week for another business trip, and I look forward to another wonderful stay!

  I would like to commend the team for maintaining what is, without a doubt, one of the cleanest Holiday Inn Express locations I have experienced during my extensive travels across the country. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding work and attention to detail, it truly does not go unnoticed and think they deserve a raise! ;) I would also like to recognize the jolly M&M front desk team, particularly Miranda and Michelle (if I remember the names correctly), for their exceptional customer service. They were consistently welcoming, professional, and positive throughout my extended stay, creating a genuinely pleasant experience. Thank you all for your dedication and for demonstrating such a high level of care, kindness, and professionalism, it is greatly appreciated!

  Whenever I travel from out of town, I always encounter my favorite front desk staff member, Katina. Over the many times I've visited, she's gotten to know me extremely well. Katina excels at her job and has a knack for handling everything smoothly. She's incredibly understanding and takes the time to listen whenever there are any issues.

  We had a great experience with the exception of a room issue when we first arrived. We booked a room with a king size bed and bathtub near another couple. Unfortunately, they decided to paint the room the day we arrived forcing us to move and take a room with a shower. Not a big deal but it's not what we booked(the reason for 4 stars) The free Breakfast was good with plenty of hot food that was always being refilled. Staff was courteous and smiling. Bed was comfortable and we loved the blackout shade. Bathroom was clean.

  Beds are a little high and for a short person like me, well, I managed. Would have liked a firmer mattress but it is what it was. Great breakfast. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in a long time but they have upped their game from the last time I stayed in one. The pancake machine just fascinated me.
