Customer service was great, ladies were really nice. My biggest issue was walking into the room and the floors being sticky. At first, I was questioning whether I wanted to stay or not but instead, I took some cleaning stuff from my moms house and cleaned the tile areas. I just made sure we didnt walk around barefoot. Everything else was clean. Bathrooms a little small compared to other facilities but this is an older building that has been updated. Breakfast was $15/person, so we passed on that. First Holiday Inn I have been to without the free breakfast. This location is fair and conveniently located within town.

The gym was clean and quiet and the breakfast was much better than most. The breakfast included real eggs, thick slices of crunchy bacon, strong coffee and super friendly helpers who kept pouring coffee refills and clearing dishes.

The staff here are stellar. Twice I have had some maintenance issues in my rooms and both times they were lightning fast to respond and Steven their Maintenance Director fixed and corrected the problem right away, he is also very personable, friendly, courteous and never leaves a mess. I highly recommend this location!!!
