I have been staying at this location for work and after tonight's stay I will not longer stay here again. The first room I had the TV didn't work and the cleanliness wasn't what I would expect out of an IHG property. The only employee working did not care and was overwhelmed with other people trying to check. While waiting to get room changed he was talking with other guests using language that was inappropriate in a professional setting. On top of that they have changed their wifi to proxy/VPN servers instead. Only having one employee at 730 pm is not a good safety practice nor a customer service best practice.
