  Terrible Experience -Avoid This Hotel This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room had roaches and bugs crawling on the ceiling. When I reported the issue and shared how my family couldn’t sleep due to constant noise from a group staying on the same floor, the manager, Mary Clifford, was extremely rude and dismissive instead of being understanding or helpful. My child had an important game the next day, yet we got no rest. To make things worse, Mary told me to cancel my reservation rather than resolving the problem. It’s shocking to see that she’s even leaving 5-star reviews for her own property. I have pictures of this place has roaches and bugs in our room . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

  This is my second time here, and the place is always so spotless. Rooms are updated and modern with everything you need. Breakfast has a lot of variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And it’s within walking distance of a pharmacy and two restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was in crisis, and Tabitha SAVED MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

  Horrible staff member and they over charged me by 300 bucks ,they giving me a run around for a refund ....the desk personnel trying to secretly take videos recording of me and my kids with out my permission ...I'm a single dad and a veteran and this was horrible please run away ....I was only trying to spend vacation time with my kids and they ruined it. Run away ....I talk to other guest they are just as concerned and unhappy with service
