    I’m not even staying at this hotel. I’m at TownePlace suites next door. My Amazon package got delivered here by accident. They’ve been holding onto it for 3 days. It’s a 1 min walk between the two hotels. Sucks when a girl needs some chocolate and remembers she ordered some of her favorite kind just to find it’s in a locked room that they can’t access it. Don’t stay here, stay at the TownePlace suites my Marriott next door. They actually take care of their guests. I’ve been at this hotel for work for a few months, everyone here knows me and when I told them about the BS excuses and lies I was told. They gave me free chocolate on them and said they would tell corporate. Stay somewhere that prioritizes people and their belongings. Trust me, go with Marriott!!!

    I’d give this place two stars. I stayed from Friday to Tuesday, and honestly, they do not seem to change the sheets. It looks like they just fold them and put them back. The bathroom does not really get cleaned either. The only real plus is the 24 hour coffee machine, which is nice. Everything else is just okay. There is no major damage or dirt on the walls or windows, but the place definitely needs more care and attention. I really wish it were cleaner overall.

    I booked a Standard King room for my friend for Thanksgiving and when I went there I was very disappointed. Although the service was 5 star, the rooms and the breakfast were very poor. Starting off with the room, there were multiple stains on the bed. I proceeded to go to the lobby and was given a second room. When I went to check out the second room, the results were the same but worse. Still stains on the bed, stuck roller blinds (that wouldn’t come down, we literally had to pull it down with two hands), and stains on the wall throughout the room. It’s like room service didn’t even try to clean the rooms before we arrived. I asked my friend if they wanted me to go back to the lobby to get another room but we were both exhausted and didn’t want to go through the process again since it’s just for 1 night. The next morning we tried their breakfast. Their breakfast options are very limited. I had like a cinnamon swirl bread that tasted very stale, a muffin that tasted like it was made with spoiled milk, we both couldn’t figure out the actual flavor of it. The juice machines were running low, giving out watered down juice. The only thing that was decent were their cinnamon rolls.

    The stay here was very pleasant. Staff was great. Insightful, pleasant and helpful. Accommodations were amazing. Beds were comfortable. I can't say anything bad about the experience. Location was great... Right in the middle of everything from shopping to restaurants. When I looked at the recent reviews I noticed that the same review was left by 2 different names which was upset because they had a pet and not an actual Service animal. Another sounded disgruntled because they didn't get a refund. I would 100% say check them out for yourselves. I glad I did.

    Our trip to the Garner Hotel has been very disappointing to say the least. When checking in we provided documentation for our service animal. Documents were verified 11/22 and identification of being a service member (Veteran). We arrived at about 0230 hours. The next morning, we are awoken at about 0900 for hospitality, as you can imagine we were not awake or ready to receive services. When we did depart the room for the day there was no hospitality staff to clean our room. So, our second evening we did not have a clean room to come back to. Third day I contact front desk to please provide servicing, no one from hospitality came until after noon, is there no schedule? Our room was picked up however, the shower caddy came off the wall that was not fixed and we did not get fresh sheets after our third night… hospitality just made the bed no clean sheets. The front desk hostess who claimed to be a manager Cindy, followed my boyfriend and I when she saw we had an animal with us. This is the third night, she claims that there was no note in the system for our service animal and even went to the extent to lie and say she checked us in, when she did not. Since it seemed to be an issue we brought our paperwork again for verification, and when we told her were Veterans, she told us “It does not matter.” This is not only very poor customer service, but we experienced being targeted by staff. Also, after asking for fresh sheets we had to make our bed, something that also should have been done by staff. This is the worst hotel stay we have ever had and as an IHG Members we should not have been treated this way. I surely would hope no other guests have to go through this.
