Definitivno jedan od najboljih hotela i smestaja na Kopaoniku. Usluga savrsena i na visokom nivou, sve pohvale za osoblje. Pogled iz sobe savrsen, na samu ski stazu. Sobe su ultra komforne, velike, ciste, da prosto mozete ostati i ceo dan u sobi. Jedina mana je spa centar koji je veoma mali. Sve ostalo vrhunski.

My stay at the Viceroy hotel was absolutely flawless. The rooms are top-notch, spacious, and equipped down to the smallest detail, providing maximum comfort. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible service and the dedication of the staff.
I would especially like to commend Marija from the sales department, whose kindness and efficiency made every interaction seamless, as well as Srđan from the spa center, whose professionalism ensured a world-class relaxation experience.
The entire team functions perfectly, and it’s clear that they care about every guest. If you are looking for luxury, premium service, and a warm welcome, the Viceroy is the place to be. I will definitely be back!
Odlična lokacija i hrana, ali najveći utisak ostavlja osoblje koje je preljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno da izadje u susret gostima. Sobe su izuzetno lepo uredjene, moderne, luksuzne. Sve preporuke!

Our stay at Viceroy Hotel Kopaonik was ultimately very disappointing and left us feeling quite let down.
We had fully prepaid our reservation through Booking.com. One week before arrival, we upgraded our room to have two separate beds, for which we were asked to pay an additional €30. That was the only outstanding amount. However, on the same day, our reservation was somehow cancelled. We immediately contacted both Booking.com and the hotel, and we were reassured by both sides that everything was fine and that we could simply come as planned.
When we arrived, we were told that there was no room available for us.
The reception staff were not particularly helpful in resolving the situation. Instead of offering a practical solution, we were advised to make a new booking at a significantly higher price. The hotel’s direct price was much higher, so in the end we booked a same-day room again through Booking.com, which was still more expensive than our original reservation.
After a long trip and with limited options, we had little choice. Also, only after asking twice did we receive a complimentary drink!
Unfortunately, there were several additional issues during the stay:
• One of the two elevators was not working during a busy weekend and on saturday I have spent (counted on stopwatch) 49 minutes from the morning till bed time waiting for elevators, this is unbeliveable, never heard of ever in my life.
• The water in the spa pools was not warm enough
• There was insufficient hot water in the room
• Storage for skis was also charged separately
• Breakfast staff were rude and yelled at me on the first morning, refusing to let me sit at the first table just to finish up quickly. Instead we were seated at the only unprepared table, no cutlery, napkins, nothing. Had to get those by myself from the other tables.
Overall, the hotel feels overpriced for the level of service and experience provided. For a hotel that presents itself as high-end, we expected much better organization and customer care.
The only real positive was the bar and particularly Sofia and Aco, who were kind and understanding.
While the location and concept of the hotel are great, the overall experience did not meet expectations at all.
P.S. I also forgot something in the room and was still around for 3 hours in the hotel itself and nobody bothered to call!!!
