  I would like to mention Daniela 's very attentive and wonderful service at the breakfast in the dinning room. She was very nice and always serve with a smile and good spirit which made my breakfast very pleasant.

  Daniejela was so nice with all of us during breakfast! Rooms were amazing and clean, but breakfast was another thing, they had everything you can imagine (and good). the last day was my birthday, and during breakfast the team bought me a cake… SO NICE!

  Остались очень довольны пребыванием в отеле! Особенно понравился прекрасный завтрак. Отдельное спасибо официантке Даниэле за внимательность, доброжелательность и замечательное обслуживание.   Диван, луксузан, гламурозан и истовремено миран хотел са савршеном атмосфером. Све је одлично - ресторани, лоби и спа центар. Посебна захвалност Кристини на њеној доследно тачној и љубазној комуникацији; увек је насмејана, весела, зрачи и добро расположена.

  Worst hotel I've stayed in – and I've stayed in a lot of them I travel a lot. I've stayed in hostels, in three-star places, in five-star chains. This is, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I've had. We checked in and the air conditioning in our room didn't work. Not "a bit weak" – didn't work. The room was hot, we sweated through the night and didn't sleep. Day one, we went to reception. The answer: "Your window must be open." It wasn't. Day two, same thing. Same answer. Someone came up, looked around, said everything was fine, left. Nothing changed. Day three, same again. By now we were being told, politely but firmly, that the problem was us. Day four, after we refused to accept that, they finally moved us to another room. Four nights without sleep. Not once did anyone say "sorry". Not once did anyone say "you were right, the AC wasn't working". We just got a new key. There was also a dead cockroach on the bathroom ceiling in the first room. We pointed it out. Nobody removed it in four days. After we were moved, a Guest Relations manager came to see us. She smiled a lot, nodded a lot, and explained that the temperature we described "isn't really possible". Then she offered us fruit and a drink. When I told her this was the worst hotel I'd ever stayed in, she said: "I'm sorry you feel that way." That's the only "sorry" we got – and it wasn't for what happened, it was for our opinion. To be clear: things break in hotels, I get that. What I don't get is four days of staff telling guests the problem doesn't exist, and then a fruit plate as a resolution. If you value your money and your sleep, stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels in Belgrade at this price that will at least believe you when you say the room is hot. 1/5. Would not come back, would not recommend.
