  We had to stay at the hotel for one night after missing our connecting flight, and I honestly wasn’t expecting such a beautiful and luxurious place for an unplanned overnight stay. Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with perfect beds. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, including gluten-free choices. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I would especially like to say a huge thank you to the employees who helped me get to the airport after I missed the transfer van. One of the staff members arranged for me to be driven by their personal driver (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name). I have never felt more safe and taken care of during a stressful situation. I will always be grateful for that kindness. What started as an unfortunate missed connection turned into a surprisingly wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my unexpected stay so comfortable and memorable. I truly hope to stay at this hotel again in the future!

  En raison d'un retard sur un vol AirSerbia, comme beaucoup de passagers, j'ai été pris en charge pour passer la nuit dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est très propre et tout et bien pensé et moderne. On dort très bien dans une litterie de très grande qualité. Si l'on va dans les détails, à la limite limiter un peu le parfum d'ambiance dans les couloirs, mais c'est vraiment du détail. Je salue aussi le professionnalisme du personnel, qui doivent voir des passagers fatigués et affamés tous les jours !

  I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Belgrade around 15 times now, and every stay has been a great experience. As an IHG Platinum Member I can really recognize a good Hotel. Parking is easy, with spaces directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are always clean, and if you are lucky enough to get a room on one of the higher floors, you can enjoy a beautiful view of one of Belgrade’s landmarks. What makes this hotel special is the staff. After so many stays, they make me feel welcome every time like my second home. A special thank you to F&B Manager Jovan, who is a true professional and always takes great care of the guests. I also want to thank the Team from the breakfast, who are always friendly, positive, and makes every morning even better. At the reception, I would especially like to mention Miloš for his kindness and professionalism over the years. There are certainly many other team members who deserve to be mentioned, even if I cannot remember all of their names right now. Thank you to the whole team. I am already looking forward to my next stay! Hvala i pozdrav.

  Sve pohvale za hotel, odlična usluga i prijatan boravak. Posebno bih pohvalio Danijelu iz restorana, koja je bila izuzetno ljubazna, pažljiva i profesionalna. Njena usluga i prijatan odnos prema gostima zaista su za svaku pohvalu. Hvala Danijela! ❤️

  Un séjour exceptionnel au Crowne Plaza Belgrade ! Cet hôtel mérite largement ses cinq étoiles. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement propres. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes avec professionnalisme. On se sent vraiment bien pris en charge dès l’arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement excellent : un très grand choix de produits frais et de qualité, avec des options pour tous les goûts. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation à toutes les personnes de passage à Belgrade, que ce soit pour un voyage d’affaires ou de loisirs. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
