  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western West Greenwich Inn! My husband, our 11-year-old son, and I stayed here and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in to the time we left, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the free breakfast in the morning. It had so many great options—eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee, espresso, juice, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was the perfect way to start the day. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic and very clean. Our son absolutely loved the pool, and the hot tub was a great way to relax. They also have a convenient little mini shop in the lobby with chips, candy, and drinks which was nice to have. Another bonus is that there are plenty of food options nearby, including the amazing Wicked Good Pizza just up the street — we highly recommend it! Overall, this hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We truly had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

  Me and my wife have been trying out different hotels for the past month . We have stayed at atleast 6 different hotels in rhode island including some “ upscale “ hotels and let me tell you out of all 7 different hotels this best western is by far hands down the best hotel we stayed at . This is the CLEANEST hotel we stayed at from the front desk lobby area , to the hallways , and the room. Evn the little details like when u walk in the room and go to the bathroom they have a sanitation strap over the toilet to let you know that the toilet has been sanitized , ive never seen that before at any hotel , and the water in the toilet is dark blue to also let you know like its been cleaned , the toilet paper rolls have a fancy fold to them just small details like that make it stand out over the other hotels which they dont do or even care to take the time to do . . This was the ONLY HOTEL that i actually felt comfortable in . The room was so clean it felt like i could eat off the floor . The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in out of all 7 hotels , there was no mold or mildew in the bathroom , alll the lights worked , there was no dings or dents in any of the walls or furniture , the walls were evenly painted with no patches , the room smelt amazing , i just cant get over how clean the room was and yes it should be expected but ull be surprised with the other hotels we been to with their rooms not being nowere near as clean , we feel safe stayin here no drug addicts hanging around the parkinglot , trust me we delt with that at the other ones , the front desk staff was EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL . We had bad experiences in the past with rude front desk personnel at other places , the front lobby was extremely clean , they have breakfast in the morning which let me tell u the other places weve been to we had to choose between a protein bar or a bag of oatmeal , this best western u can choose between cereal , pancakes , french toast , oatmeal , eggs , sausage , fruits , etc , they have a machine for orange juice , lemonade , apple juice , u can have coffee , i mean the list goes on , now lets talk about the pool , the pool was nice and warm ( mind you its the middle of winter right now ) and the pool water was still warm enough to go in COMFORTABLY , they also have a jacuzzi , and the pool area is well taken care of very clean area , and the water is crystal clear , its no foggy or dirty at all , there is plenty of parking here and i love the fact its tucked away in the woods giving it a secluded feeling , everything just everything about this hotel is amazing . We will no longer be stayin at any other hotel from now on this best western will be our new go to and only hotel we will be stayin at from now on they have just earned new loyal customers . Again just amazed how clean and friendly the staff is over here and you can tell they really care about how their clean their hotel is and even the morning crew from the lady at the breakfast area she was super nice and friendly and even the 2 ladys cleaning were also very super cool and friendly and nice . I give this hotel a 10 out of 5 stars

  We always enjoy staying with our family. The cost is great. The kids love the pool. It’s always clean. I just don’t understand how my rewards never reflect on my account. I was told that I am going to receive $50 card but my triple points promo didn’t take because of something I did wrong. I screenshoted the promo and the date .. I was then told I must have signed up for another promo for other hotels out of the country. I started to read the promo but I refused to have a disagreement about triple rewards with a representative. I signed up for both promotions at the same time prior to my stay.

  I stayed here for three nights by myself and had an excellent stay. You’ll probably want a car if you’re staying here, as there isn’t much immediately around the hotel, but there’s plenty of good stuff to do around the hotel within a short 5-10 minute drive. A decent breakfast was included, the rooms were spacious and clean, and service was great from the front desk. When I checked in the reception upgraded my room (something that I haven’t seen in a long time!). They informed me that there were some families with kids staying that week during the school break, and the agent offered to move me to a quieter part of the hotel (away from the pool) to lower the noise around me at night. Win-win: everyone could have fun in the pool while I could get some shuteye! This hotel felt special and I hope to stay here again!
