  My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everyone is amazing. Breakfast was the best every morning thanks to the wonderful lady that prepared it. And apologize for not remembering her name. You can't miss her she's sweet and attentive to all. And the choices of entrances closest to your room was very accommodating. The location is great and close to T.F. Green Airport. It's a great location. I would totally stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you all at Best Western West Greenwich, RI for welcoming us and providing the best service.

  Very nice hotel. Reasonable rates and the manager cares about ensuring a positive experience for guests. Breakfast is usual hotel fare: scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, various breads and muffins, fruit salad, sausage etc. and is incl.udef. 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate available. Indoor pool, hot tub, small fitness room, game room and guest laundry.

  Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. When I come back up to visit I will be staying here again.

  My name is Ryan W. and this is the best hotel in RI and it’s not even a competition. The staff ( Steve, Tyler and many more) treat you with a lot of respect right away and are very professional. It’s also nice to just shoot the breeze for a few minutes. The rooms are perfect and always very clean, that is very important to me and is a huge factor in why this hotel is #1! You get an absolutely amazing breakfast in the morning and not just a muffin and a banana, pancakes, French toast, bagels, home fries, juice, cereal, danish, and eggs. I mean you have to give huge credit to keeping a real breakfast going these days a lot of places stopped. My girlfriend Kate and I are regulars there and we try to stay as often as possible because we love to go swimming in the heated pool and stay in the hot tub! So after everything I mentioned which would be great enough, you can add an amazing pool and hot tub. We stay because it feels like we are on vacation but have not left RI. If you’re trying to make a decision on where to stay, I would recommend the Best Western in West Greenwich I have never been disappointed.

  The staff here is friendly and very helpful. Especially Steve. We stay at this location often when we travel to RI. The location is perfect for our needs. It right off the highway, but you can't hear or see any traffic. It's tucked into a wooded spot. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean with coffee and breakfast on site.
