    The Easter buffet was delicious. It would have been nice to have a bar in the rotunda, as it was far from my table (maybe next year?). The staff was wonderful and friendly.

    Room are clean, showers have really good pressure with speakman shower heads that are adjustable spray pressure. Service is good and the restaurant is pretty good as well. Have been here a few times over the last handfull of years and always enjoyed my stay here

    If I could rate this place it would prob be 0, the staff was absolutely terrible. The rooms are really small and barely any room to set suitcases up in the room etc. We had a small gathering of 10 people and the security apparently spoke to someone in our party about us being loud, we didn’t find this out til they were saying we need to leave. I asked management what was going on and that’s when they said we need to gather our belongings and leave within 10 mins. We didn’t feel as though we were being loud out of respect for the other renters and has they spoken to us we would’ve quieted our guests down. They had the police on their way. So I asked when they established communication with the renters and they had stated they spoke to someone, I asked again but still said they spoke to someone but couldn’t give any real answers. We left as instructed but this could’ve all been avoided had they established communication with us.

    This hotel is all-inclusive and beautiful, always looking and smelling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay. We ate in the hotel restaurant (The Crossings) each morning and enjoyed dinner two nights. Coffee at Plaza Java each morning was enjoyable. Trivia in Alfred's lounge was also fun. But the staff separates this hotel from others. Jon at the front desk remembered our name after one interaction and made it a point to greet and talk to us everyday. He's excellent. Melanie in the restaurant and Alfred's always checked in to make sure we liked our meals and was so friendly, pleasant, and professional. She's excellent. Our regular morning breakfast server, Jackie, remembered our orders and was always so friendly. She's excellent. Mike who delivered our meals in the restaurant was always so friendly and professional. He's excellent. And Kristy the wedding planner was so friendly, professional, and thorough when we met with her to discuss our son's wedding. She's excellent. There are many excellent people at this hotel who made our 5-night stay very special. Thank you all! We will be back.

    I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Warwick for my daughter’s dance competition, and overall, I was extremely impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The entire property is very clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable, upscale vibe. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed—everything you’d expect from a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and immaculate, and we had no issues at all with the room itself. It truly felt like a relaxing retreat after long competition days. The hotel offers a very nice setup for food service during events like this, which was much appreciated. However, I initially ran into a frustrating situation in the dining area. There’s a wide 30-foot hallway leading to the food, but only three tables were set up. As a result, many families, especially those with kids, ended up eating their meals sitting on the floor, which felt completely unacceptable. I spoke with a staff member about adding more tables, and she explained that the dance client had specifically requested only a couple of tables. I was honestly shocked, after all, the hotel is the one profiting from the food and drink sales, and providing basic seating seemed like a no-brainer for guest comfort. That said, I have to give huge credit to the management team. Once the issue was brought to their attention, they stepped in quickly and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Additional tables were added, the area was better organized, and the experience improved dramatically for everyone. Their responsiveness and willingness to fix the problem turned what could have been a major negative into a positive example of great customer service. The Crowne Plaza Warwick is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and attentive staff. The one hiccup was handled professionally and promptly, so I have no hesitation giving this property a full 5 stars. We’d happily stay here again for future competitions or any visit to the area. Highly recommended!
