- CLColin LeathApr 18, 20264.0As of writing this hotel is sitting at just about 4 stars, and I think that is exactly accurate. The staff were pleasant and efficient whenever I interacted with them. The room had everything that was promised online. It was somewhat dated and the furnishings were a bit beat, but I could tell the surfaces had been cleaned and the bedding was fresh and thats really the important part. Also for the area, its a great price. I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again.

- BRBrendan RossMar 23, 20261.0Booked a King suite and upon arrival they didn't have any King rooms. They put me in a queen with no discount. The TV was broken so I had to go down and get another room. Went back up to move my stuff and my old room key didn't work. Had to go back down to get a key to get my bags out of my old room. Finally get into my 3rd room an hour after showing up and it smells of cigarettes. At this point im over it and just pass out. I raise my concerns to the staff upon checkout and they tell me theres no manager on duty to handle my complaint. Now they won't issue a refund or a discount or anything because I didn't complain a 4th time that night and get my room moved again. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

There was constant banging from the room above me all day and through half the night, people stomping around and running it felt like i was staying in someone’s apartment and not a hotel. I called down to the front desk twice about this issue and nothing was done to resolve it. If you’re a person that likes peace and quiet avoid this place. Also there was hair in the bed and in the shower.
