The older woman at the front desk had no customer service skills and was not accommodating at all. We got stuck in the snowstorm and inquired about adding another night. She said the rate went up $20, but she could take that amount off so it matched what we paid the previous night. Well, she didn't and charged us the extra $20 saying there was "nothing she could do" despite offering us the discount an hour earlier.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you have kids DONT NOT come to this hotel. The littlest bit of noise was an issue. Our son is 3 and autistic and wasn’t even making much noise and when we went to checkout the woman at the front desk was extremely rude saying we got multiple complaints of noise and we needed to go elsewhere next time. The room above us had children running around but we aren’t the type to complain because we know how kids are but this women was just beyond rude and not understanding and said “you should have complained” We had booked a room for two nights and ended up dropping our three year old off late the last night because someone said our tv was too loud and our heat wouldnt work. I had a feeling their would be a problem in the morning when we checked out… icing on the cake all our three year old wanted was a blueberry muffins for breakfast (he is allergic to nuts) but all they could give us was banana nut 🙄 we have been here before and there has been no problems but when we first walked in staff were complaining about valentines weekend ect. I will be going right back to the better hotel across the street!!!!

This was a really comfortable stay. The room felt clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, which made it easy to settle in and relax. Everything felt simple, functional, and easy to use, which matters when you’re traveling. The staff was friendly, calm, and welcoming, and the overall environment felt quiet and well maintained. It felt safe, predictable, and easy to navigate, which makes a big difference when you’re away from home. It’s a great option if you value comfort, clarity, and a low-stress hotel experience.
