    If I could leave zero stars I would. This hotel failed on every level. The only plus is that it is bug free. However, there are boogers everywhere!! On the carts, walls and ceilings!! The customer service is non existent. I said good morning to 3 different people (breakfast attendant, front desk and random employee walking around) and all 3 completely ignored me. Not even a nod. We have late check out and confirmed same upon check in. That did not stop house keeping to start knocking on our door at 9 am. Just to say the don’t speak English. They continued to come back every 30 minutes. Still not speaking English. Front desk was just as unhelpful. Nothing in this hotel was up to IHG standards. Good riddance. We would not stay again and would rather to sleep in my truck. At least their aren’t any goobers in there!

    Room 128 has black mold told the guy at the front desked asked for a new room cause the smell was over powering never mind the fact the calonge they used to cover the smell it was like I was lying after I just paid for 6 rooms for the guys working save your money and save yourself getting sick

    The mini fridge was leaking the floor was wet and the room you could smell the mold. They need to change the carpets and fix the refrigerator in that room.

    I’m not surprised to see this hotel with a 3.8-star rating. The GM truly needs to be replaced. I’ve been an elite IHG member for several years, and for one reservation error, the manager was unwilling to speak with me to understand the cancellation issue—something that could have easily earned my continued business for the rest of the year. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

    Great location and only 18 mins from TF Greene, they are going through some renovations and we'll it's a work in process. Breakfast was not ready on time. Potatoes were not cooked and the cinnamon buns were stale.
