We had a wonderful overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express in February 2026 to celebrate four children’s birthdays, and it was such a great experience for everyone! The kids absolutely love swimming, and the pool time was definitely the highlight of the trip. They had so much fun and didn’t want to get out! It made the birthday celebration extra special and memorable for them. The next morning, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and the dining room was spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for our group to sit together and enjoy the meal without feeling crowded. We especially want to recognize Kathy and Jocelyn at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful and truly excelled at customer service. While we were at the pool, Kathy even took the time to restock towels for guests and made sure we knew how to reach out if we needed anything. That level of attentiveness did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. We were told that the new owners are planning upgrades to the rooms and investing back into the hotel, which will really enhance the overall aesthetics and marketing appeal. Even so, we were very pleased with our stay — our room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a fun birthday getaway. Thank you to the team for helping make our celebration such a success. We look forward to staying again!

When I pulled up I wasn't sure. Let's just say it lacks curb appeal. We went in were created by super friendly staff. I mean they were so nice! The lobby was fine, dining area is nice and seems spacious. Hallways were dated. Rooms were lovely, a bit dated, but huge, well equipped. Plenty of bells and whistles (especially for the price). The entire hotel is spotless. The floors around the ice maker were remarkably clean (I don't know why that stood out, maybe bc usually tgey are filthy). Honestly, top to bottom this hotel was spotless. I was super happy we chose to stay here and feel like it being dated doesn't matter- they put the money into pleadant staff, excellent customer service, and top notch housekeeping! I would definitely come back!

THE ONLY REAL ISSUE I HAVE WITH THIS HOTEL IS THE MOBILITY-IMPAIRED AND HANDICAPPED SPACES. THE PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS FULL BUT THERE'S NO CARS OR LABELS FOR IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY STAYING AT THE HOTEL, TAKING UP HANDICAP SPACES. The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk during the day, the young lady helped me so much and the woman that does the Giant breakfast. Booking.com had this room every night between $81.00 and $113( and that's in any of the Holiday Inn ExpressThis hotel) You can see from the pictures it is clean and quite comfortable, and it makes difficult circumstances better there's an even a desk a couch and a table in my room. I would ask for the first floor if your booking ahead of time and you need assistance because the hallways are very long on all the floors. I was shocked because I stay at the one in North Fall River from my brother's hospitalization, he's at another hospital so I tried this one, just as good. It is the rates that shocked me because you are near so many things that each one of these places yet they are as you can see, somewhat out in the woods and totally at peace. I truly got peace and that breakfast with all the chairs and booths shocks me! The breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30 you can see from the pictures as well if you have children, the indoor pool!!! They have a chair for those that can't get into a pool you sit in that chair you can see and it lowers you into the pool!!! Enjoy the pictures because they are real and I am in pleasant shock!!!! is: CLEAN...0(BUT WOEFULLY UNDERSTAFFED FOR 3 FLOORS OF A FULL HOTEL breakfast that I've never seen at a hotel, an indoor pool, fitness center and conference center. 113.00 a night. A lot of homeless people stay there because the rates are at least reasonable. The only issue I have is that of the mobility impaired.

Beware, this IS a homeless hotel. I stayed here 1/23-1/26. At breakfast at 7am on 1/24 there were only homeless people, very dirty looking, and 2 of them were shaking while eating with their hands out of the hot bar. Staff took my complaint and seemed like this type of activity was normal. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling of my room. I had to clean the HVAC filters in my room for the heat to work. The hot water stopped working because they don't maintain the building systems, this was on my last night and they had no plan to fix it, just told me it was normal. The manager, Jocelyn, told me I would receive a refund and when I called the next day to ask where my refund was she told me it wasn't happening. Jocelyn, worker Kathy, and resident Walter (missing teeth and dirty) told me to never return to their hotel. Walter followed me into the parking lot and physically threatened me with the manager Jocelyn and Kathy standing by his side. The hotel claims to not allow pets, however, I saw at least 5 pets on this stay. One of them was completely untrained and almost jumped on me as the owner was loosely holding it. It was NOT a service animal. This hotel is extremely dangerous and if you are traveling from out of state you NEED to pick another hotel for your health and safety.

No hot water multiple days in a row. Extremely rude staff. Guy at front desk talked to me while looking at his phone. Did not care there wasn’t any hot water for the guests. They start cleaning rooms at 9 am even though checkout is at 11. Because of this don’t be surprised when they start vacuuming above your room when you are trying to sleep. Only plus of this place is the location. I did update my review following a response from hotel management. I am appreciative of the communication and on the final day of my stay it was quiet and we had hot water.
