    Rooms very clean. We liked that the hotel does not allow pets, as the room was in much better condition compared to a hotel we had stayed in, on the same trip, that did allow pets.

    I booked this hotel for my mother during Christmas weekend (Dec 25–29). Her stay was significantly disrupted by ongoing noise, smoking violations, and poor management follow-through. The room next door was loud late into the night and was smoking, despite this being a non-smoking hotel. When contacted by the front desk, the occupants admitted to smoking and stated they had the window open. The following night, the same room was disruptive again from early evening until around 2 AM, with constant yelling, people going in and out, doors slamming, and a baby crying for hours. While babies cry, this did not appear to be a normal quiet environment with a baby having trouble sleeping — it was clear the ongoing chaos next door contributed to the disruption. My mother was unable to sleep and did not fall asleep until after 3 AM. Front desk staff were polite and initially responsive, but management showed little urgency in resolving the issue. During my conversation with the manager, concerns were partially justified rather than addressed, and I was told a refund would require further “investigation” and ownership approval, despite documented complaints. I was promised a call back that never happened. When I later contacted Expedia to pursue a refund, I was informed the hotel claimed I had declined compensation, which is false. No clear offer was ever made for me to accept or decline. There were also cleanliness concerns, including hair in the bathtub and stains on the carpet. Bedding, breakfast, and common areas were acceptable. Overall, while staff were courteous, the lack of accountability, follow-through, and accurate communication from management overshadowed the stay. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for a quiet or holiday visit.

    Strong Pet urine odor. Filthy rooms, rude staff. Dingy, the heater was stuck on full power, toilet had urine in it & a giant creator in the bed. id sooner sleep in my car.

    It was a great place once we found it. Not easy at night. In the morning it turned out to be very well located. The hotel was clean and cozy. There were plenty of great food options nearby and breakfast buffet in the morning.
