shame. could be good, but still clinging to lame covid era every other day room cleaning. and when they do clean your room, its at 4pm when you have played all day and need a nap. gee thanks, so much for peace and quiet. you had all day.
breakfast= yuk.
what channel am i watching on tv? who knows. guide doesnt work, and channels listed on tv dont correspond with actual channels. Sunday night football on nbc...where is it? Who knows. no channel guide in room.
coffee station: hot water was ice cold all weekend, makes for crappy tea and "hot" chocolate. plus cocoa was never out, always had to ask for it. no dark roast coffee out ever either, only light.
room was not properly stocked when we checked in, no washcloths.
complimentary goodies for gold member were never offered at check in , had to go back and ask for it.
So basically all the things you love about Hampton Inn are missing here.

I know this hotel is under major renovation, but condition of hotel is extremely low and understand the reason for renovation, room are not upto mark as Hilton property, lights inside room are not adequate for working, no doubt that staff are great and always eager to help you out to make sure your stay are comfortable.
One big plus point is this is closer to the airport even I can see this hotel from my departure gate.

The room was very nice, for our weekend stay, and the staff was very friendly, and when they told us about the breakfast hours, they were very accommodating to my allergies.

Was put in room with black mold sick from first day getting there..asked if was moisture problem bc could clearly smell mildew was told no..my 9 month old almost stopped breathing when reported to front I was told I would not be moved and could leave if was problem after they were paid a month in advance.. this hotel should be shut down..and yes board of health was called

Staff at desk very friendly. Thats about the only this positive I have to say. Room was filthy, there was no bar of soap or shower gel and somebody replaced the shampoo with lotion. My wife ended up putting lotion in her hair! I have stayed here a few times before in recent months because of work and each time I come the room is disgusting and missing many amenities. Does nobody check these rooms? While I was at the desk asking for shampoo and soap, there was a woman at the desk in front of me complaining about how when she arrived in her room, it was not cleaned at all! Seriously? By the reaction of the front desk woman, it seems like this kind of stuff happens often. After looking at all of these reviews about dirty rooms I would have thought they would have tried to fix that by now! Carpets in the whole building need to be tore up and replaced, pool was filthy, breakfast sucked and omelets were burnt. I will not be staying here in the foreseeable future.
