Upon arrival the person at the front desk was pleasant and polite. I went up to my level and immediately after getting out of the elevator there was a pile of trash in the hallway. Walking down the hallway to my room the hallways were freezing. I got into my room walked in and the first thing I noticed was the ceiling was falling apart in an area. I went to go get ice in the ice and vending machine room and there's no vending machine at all. My room was a king size bed. The king size bed did not have king size pillows. Plus the pillows were horrible. Picture a marshmallow but cut it paper thin, that's your pillow. Horrible night sleep. I went to the front desk at 5am to ask for a different pillow and was told there were none. At least the showers were warm and had good pressure. I went down to the Continental breakfast and after seeing the minimal selection I just left instead of eating anything. I won't be back. Ever!

shame. could be good, but still clinging to lame covid era every other day room cleaning. and when they do clean your room, its at 4pm when you have played all day and need a nap. gee thanks, so much for peace and quiet. you had all day. breakfast= yuk. what channel am i watching on tv? who knows. guide doesnt work, and channels listed on tv dont correspond with actual channels. Sunday night football on nbc...where is it? Who knows. no channel guide in room. coffee station: hot water was ice cold all weekend, makes for crappy tea and "hot" chocolate. plus cocoa was never out, always had to ask for it. no dark roast coffee out ever either, only light. room was not properly stocked when we checked in, no washcloths. complimentary goodies for gold member were never offered at check in , had to go back and ask for it. Go to check out. They tell me, oh, we just did a shift change. You gotta wait twenty minutes like what? You can't chew gum and walk at the same time or you gotta do is press a button to give me my receipt. come back half an hour later, like I always do.I put the room on my credit card. But when I leave, I change it and put it on my bank card.Get up there, oh no.We can't do that.We already charged you. derp So basically all the things you love about Hampton Inn are missing here.

I know this hotel is under major renovation, but condition of hotel is extremely low and understand the reason for renovation, room are not upto mark as Hilton property, lights inside room are not adequate for working, no doubt that staff are great and always eager to help you out to make sure your stay are comfortable. One big plus point is this is closer to the airport even I can see this hotel from my departure gate.

The room was very nice, for our weekend stay, and the staff was very friendly, and when they told us about the breakfast hours, they were very accommodating to my allergies.
