- RKR KDec 28, 20255.0We arrived very late at night due to heavy traffic; however, the check-in process was very positive and efficient and valet parking was just WONDERFUL. The room was very spacious, clean, modern, and cozy. They left enough towels and a brand new bottle of Crabtree & Evelyn shower gel in the shower. The lounge with Christmas decorations was homey and beautiful. The receptionists were extremely friendly, professional, and polite. If I ever go to Providence again, I know where I will stay.

The whole bathroom is freezing like it is outside. Customer service could not resolve the problem. Not comfortable at all. This hotel was the worse one I ever stayed in and definitely deserves 1 star.

Modern fridge and microwave , the drapes were automatic , corner room had alot of lighting and great view. The gym was great with all new equipment and capital view. You can walk to any grocery store,restaurants,terminals,or mall within 5 minutes. I would stay here in the future,absolutely amazing hotel.
