Loved the hotel and how close it is to Brown U, but we found bed bugs on our bed, and the toilet design is not very clean to use. Food is ok.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I chose to stay here due to the location as it was right next to our wedding venue. They provided EVERYTHING I needed as a bride. Before my stay, they answered every question I had and reassured me of everything. Checking into the hotel was easy and I even booked another room last minute since I realized they had conjoining rooms, which was so convenient for us.
On the day of the wedding, Hilton went above and beyond. They graciously allowed us a late checkout to finish up getting the bridesmaids hair and makeup done. Once we were ready to go to the church, our trolley we hired never showed up. Hilton truly saved the day and let us use their shuttle service to bring us to the venue as well as bring us back. EVERYONE was surprised how calm and relaxed I was, but I could only feel this way because I felt so taken care of. I had no worries!
Thank you so much Hilton Homewood Suites and all of the staff and drivers that really made my day special.

DO NOT USE THE VALET. Our car was stuck on a lift for over 6 hours and it completely ruined our 1 year wedding anniversary. Denise at the front desk extremely rude; Sergio, the valet, was aggressive and threatened to drive my car off the lift as a solution after hours of waiting for our car. This was the most abysmal, rude, and least hospitable experience of my life and we are still waiting at the hotel. We were scheduled to leave at 9:45 AM it is 3:15 and we are still waiting at this hotel. UPDATE: they towed the car blocking us at 5:30 PM on the day of our anniversary! They signle- handedly ruined all our anniversary plans. It took us another 2 & 1/2 hours to drive home and caused us an unexpected mental exhaustion I’m still feeling a week later.
As an update, the General Manager, Brian, has not contacted me after over 10 days. It seems his job duties include ignoring mistreated guests. They have all my contact information. I’ve been hung up on several times by several people at the front desk. If you plan on staying at this hotel, make sure you’re comfortable being treated like irritating worms by the entire staff, unworthy of their time and attention.
