This was far from the best experience in hotels I’ve had but close to the worst. The room was ok but the food was lousy, the pool was closed, and the bottled water was overpriced. But the worst came after I left. My friend left a bag there by accident. Though they at least called us to let us know, someone in the staff went through the bag and stole about $600 worth of merchandise. All this after the whole fiasco of just trying to get it shipped back. Don’t stay here with these thieves.

My purse got left there by mistake, I just got it back after having to pay and send by email a shipping label, and upon getting my purse, I noticed that my wallet was went through and a 14k gold cross pendant as well as a small Scorpio belly button ring that were in a bag inside my wallet are missing! Just called the hotel and the lady who answered the as rude and said I’d have to call in the morning and wouldn’t give me her name and hung up on me! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Thieves work for this hotel

Terrible experience, customer service was horrible, we cancelled our room and the two lady's at front desk are talking shit about us as if we aren't right there. Then when we asked a question she said "you can leave now" just very disrespectful and unprofessional. Mind you all of this happened because of their pool being shut, so it makes sense why it was so empty.I would not recommend you going here.

Terrible experience, customer service and staff.
We checked into a room and it smelled wet and stale. The air was off, which in August is a terrible practice. We immediately walked downstairs and asked for a new room. The front desk said there were no rooms. We asked for a cancellation, which they agreed to that and we left. We later called the hotel and she said she was charging us $25 because the “toilet paper was not folded over” and she claims we used the bathroom. We absolutely did not. Just because the toilet paper was not folded does not mean we used the bathroom.
The part of this that makes me never want to book at Holiday Inn Express again is the customer service after the stay. You can chat or call but there are no managers to speak with… they simply restated to me what the hotel claimed and said there was nothing they could do and that we can dispute the charge on our credit card. There’s nothing they can do?? Horrible service.
Also, the pool was out of order (and it seems it has been for a long time). No ice machines worked and neither did the water bottle filler. Awful property. We stayed right next door at the Hampton Inn and it was amazing.

Was just escourted off the property for complaint about the condition.
Checked in: Was given a smaller room then I paid for. Had to argue at 2:30 AM with clerk to get the correct room.
Rooms: Humid, moldy smells everywhere such as the exercise room (which is closed for maintenance) and pool. Bath tub drains when attempting to fill it up. Shower weak. Shower curtain too small to stop water from leaking on the floor.
Building: Ice machine on 3rd floor broken. Patio disgusting and patio furniture broken. Trash surrounds property.
Breakfast: Get there early. Coffee runs out and doesn't get refilled.
I have photos that I can't attach
