- LHlouise hamelDec 1, 20253.0Quand j’ai réservé par la centrale, on m’avait dit que j’avais un « package spécial pour mon chien avec cadeaux » , rien de cela. La personne à la réception était très gentil, un bel accueil. En arrivant dans ma chambre, j’ai trouvé une serviette usagée accrochée à l’arrière de la porte de la salle de bain, ça donne pas confiance donc j’ai fait un petit tour où j’ai trouvé un peu de pâte à dent et un poil dans le lavabo et un poil dans la baignoire… Quand j’ai pris ma douche j’avais un serviette qui avait du vécu, avec un trou. Donc point de vu propreté je ne suis pas très convaincue… je m’attendais vraiment vraiment mieux de cet hôtel. Les bons points: l’accueil, le déjeuner et qu’ils acceptent les chiens sinon si je retourne à St Hyacinthe c’est certain que je choisirai l’hôtel le Dauphin.
- CVChristina VeilleuxNov 10, 20255.0tres bien comme hotel lit confortable déjeuner excellent chambre tres propres..seul petit bémol la piscine ''chauffé'' devais etre a a 72 tout au plus... c'est malheureux avoir une belle piscine ainsi et se demander pourquoi il n'y a personne quand c'est rempli d'ados dans l'hotel pour un tournois ou une game de hockey ainsi que plusieurs évenements en ville.
