Nous y sommes retourné dernièrement (Novembre 2025) et avons détester notre expérience : tous le devant et le côté de l'hôtel est en travaux de construction de route. Il n'y avait aucun avis sur la page Web de l'hôtel et ce fut un vrai bordel juste pour trouver comment ce rendre a l'hôtel. La machinerie lourde recommence à 5h du matin et ont se fait réveiller par le son des backup hazard et des grattes qui racle l'asphalte.... 220$ la nuit... et les chambre se sont défraîchis... fini pour nous...

La meilleure c'est qu'on avait pas de l'eau chaude suite à un problème général. Nous n'avons pas pris nos douches après un long voyage. En réclamant un remboursement, ils nous ont dit que le fait que vous avez réservé avec booking.com on ne peut rien faire pour vous. Comme si on faisait pas partie de leurs liste de clients. C'est vraiment décevant et ça a vraiment gâché tout notre week-end et notre plan. Pour moi un tel hôtel n'a pas le doit à une telle erreur. Il avait la change de rectifier ça mais ils ont refusé. Aucune considération. On est sorti fâché et frustré 😞 Je tiens à mentionner que nous avons contacté booking.com comme vous l'avez recommandé mais nous n'avons pas encore reçu de retour. Cette démarche aurait pu être faite par vous, pour vos clients. Encore une fois, je me suis pas sentie cilente juste prck j'ai réservé ailleurs, drôle de raisonnement pour un fournisseur.

The outdoor hot tub/spa area is only open in the summer (nice when I stayed here in August, and sorely missed when I stayed in October). The included breakfast is reasonably good, albeit a little repetitive for anyone staying for more than a couple days. Most of the rooms only have showers versus bathtubs (which I prefer to be able to soak sore feet or back). Third time staying here; no complaints.
