Insonorisation très correct mais pas parfaite comme 99% des hotels à québec mais c'est très acceptable. Eau chaude en 10 seconde lorsque j'ai pris ma douche à 15h ce qui est parfait et environ 30 seconde à 19h et eau moins chaude un peu. Rien à dire sur la propreté👌 De mes experiences aux hotels à quebec ( universel, must, quebec inn, sepia, hotel quebec, travelodge, super 8, plazza, classique, holiday inn) Holiday inn est dans mon top 3 aux coté du Must et de l'hotel universel. Qualité prix Holiday Inn garantie le meilleur séjour.

I decided to choose the Hotel Inn Express and I knew the communication would be in French, but I did not know that it was mandatory to speak it perfectly. The employees are not trained with respect for other languages of the visitors. A woman named Cristine was very rude, because I tried to communicate in English, and when she told me "In Quebec we speak French" I tried to talked in French but she just laughed for my accent, she says I speak it very badly but i was only visiting Quebec.
