During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned, and we had to personally request clean towels, which should be a basic service. Additionally, there was a serious cleanliness issue on the first floor. We saw spiders in the hallway, inside rooms, and even on the beds, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Overall, the lack of housekeeping and poor hygiene made our stay very unpleasant. We would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

La meilleure c'est qu'on avait pas de l'eau chaude suite à un problème général. Nous n'avons pas pris nos douches après un long voyage. En réclamant un remboursement, ils nous ont dit que le fait que vous avez réservé avec booking.com on ne peut rien faire pour vous. Comme si on faisait pas partie de leurs liste de clients. C'est vraiment décevant et ça a vraiment gâché tout notre week-end et notre plan. Pour moi un tel hôtel n'a pas le doit à une telle erreur. Il avait la change de rectifier ça mais ils ont refusé. Aucune considération. On est sorti fâché et frustré 😞 Je tiens à mentionner que nous avons contacté booking.com comme vous l'avez recommandé mais nous n'avons pas encore reçu de retour. Cette démarche aurait pu être faite par vous, pour vos clients. Encore une fois, je me suis pas sentie cilente juste prck j'ai réservé ailleurs, drôle de raisonnement pour un fournisseur.
