The hotel was very nice. We were really disappointed with the parking. We paid for indoor parking. The indoor guest parking was on the 4th floor. While there was an elevator, it was not accessible (because the building was closed) at least 75% of the time I went to my car. This meant our group had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs at least 10 times in the 6 days we were there. I don't blame the hotel for this, the parking garage is not their property and they can only do what they can with the buildings owner. However, to charge us $32/day for this feels way too much given the difficulty we experienced. When I spoke about this at checkout, the manager reluctantly credited us for 1 of the 5 nights of parking we paid for. I felt the credit should have been at least 2 nights. It was pretty ridiculous how difficult it was to get access to our car. (Again I understand the hotel couldn't do much about this) but crediting us further would have been an appropriate gesture, I think.

Very nice service from the front desk. We did not have time to use the pool but it was very clean (at a glance). We booked the executive suite. The room was very quiet, very clean and had a citrus smell upon entering. The TV was very nice, and even when we had a bit of trouble, maintenance was super quick and even apologized for a short 20mn delay in service, which we did not mind at all. The hotel also has a parking with a few disabled parking spots.

The hotel was proper overall; however, at their restaurant, Le 330, we ordered two double espressos with our breakfast and the waiter charged us for four. When we brought the error to his attention, he indicated that he had misunderstood our request, and that he had in fact served us two quadruple espressos, so the bill was correct. Given that the error was his, as we did not order two quadruples, he should have at least offered one espresso as complimentary, but he did not. When I raised the issue wirh the hotel at checkout, they told me that the restaurant was separate from the hotel, and they could not help.

Summary - if you can, find somewhere else. Issues: 1) poorly clean rooms. Staff wouldn’t change towels. Make beds. Or change dirty sheets. 2) car park will be charged out to 32 dollars a day for a place that charges 18 dollars a day. If you park outside it is at your own risk as they provide no security to the location in premises to park your car 3) staff is average at best. Not friendly or helpful 4) were told if you book by a third party provided you wouldn’t get breakfast (blanket rule) however the third party provided (expedia) allows the add on and changes for breakfast in advance
