  The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean. I love the fact that you can see the view of the city, wish I had the room with multiple views but not withstanding, it was breathtaking

  Loved the spacious rooms! Everything was very clean and modern. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is in the middle of downtown. It's accessible and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The check-in process was seamless and though we only stayed one night, it was a very comfortable stay. Loved the breakfast on the ground floor. They have a cafe in the lobby area and you can order delicious food! Thanks for the great stay!

  Well it’s been 5 yrs since my last stay and nothing much has changed Rooms are nice but you can’t get to the plug sockets at the desk. What’s the point of a desk without accessible plug sockets? Just cut a hole in the back of the desk or put an extension a mount sockets on the desk. When I raised this I was told no one else had ever said this (something I do not believe). My door lock was broken, reported but never fixed. Phone for reception and it rings and rings, eventually complained and told not to use the button and to dial zero (so why have a button!). this was fixed but again they don’t communicate i just had to figure it out. Overall a nice hotel and a great location, let down by poor communications and lack of customer attention. Maybe they should try staying in the rooms occasionally rather than questioning guests.

  This stay was a bit mixed. The location was great, especially being close to a metro station, and the room itself was spacious with plenty of towels. The pool was also a nice bonus. However, the service was disappointing—staff were unfriendly, and there was no WiFi for the entire stay due to repairs, which was frustrating. Not the best hotel experience, but since we were out most of the time, it didn’t completely ruin the trip.

  The good: Convenient location. Spacious king suite. Clean. Hotel restaurant has good breakfast/coffee options. The bad: Upon check-in, I was told that I'm eligible for late checkout as a "valued IHG member." On the day of my checkout, I spoke to front desk to confirm that late (2 pm) checkout was okay based on that previous information, to which I was told that all late checkouts were spoken for, so I had to checkout at 12 pm. Nobody mentioned anything about a limited number of late checkouts when I checked in. Also, when I checked out at front desk, the lady wasn't polite. She did not ask how my stay was. She acted frustrated when I requested a paper copy of my invoice due to stated printer issues, and did not wish me a good day. Just silence. Out of principle, I'll likely stay somewhere else during my next week long stay in Montreal. Certainly did not feel like a "valued IHG member."
