Mais service de navette repecte pas leur dire des heures de navette ils disent des heures hors de leurs services qui vienne te chercher et quand tu reviens de voyage et que tu les appel il refuse en disait qu il dépasse pas ́les heures de service mais.le conducteur de navette dit.le contraire quand qu il vienne pour nous reconduire a yul maintenant après nous avoir coûté 30.00 dollars de taxi pour retourné chercher notre auto dans le stationnement après avoir passé 1 nuit a cette hôtel MAINTENANT C EST FINI ILs VIENNENT DE PERDRE DES BON CLIENTS

Should a refill be necessary, guests must take their bottle to the lobby to do so. Ironically, while a coffee machine with all necessary supplies for preparing coffee and tea is available, water is not provided. Given that I paid $180 for the night stay, I found the service to be inadequate. Apart from basic accommodation, no additional services were extended — there was no room cleaning service, no oral hygiene kit in the morning, and no slippers provided. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this establishment to others.
