  Would not recommend this place. Pay a little more and move to westin or Hilton. This place needs a good paint, new carpets, better lighting.

  This is my honest review after spending several nights here. Our experience in this hotel was wonderful. Big shout out to Pierre at the front desk for being a genuinely kind person and for going above and beyond for our entire stay. The lobby and restaurant area is one of the nicest I've seen anywhere I've traveled, we spent a lot of time there because it was really peaceful and my kid liked the fish (I did too). We enjoyed everything we tried at the restaurant and they give very big portions. The only thing with food that could use improvement was the breakfast. Kids eat free if you purchase a breakfast coupon for yourself but I didnt find it was the best breakfast out there although they did the eggs well which is key for me. The pool itself was cold but the room it was in was kept very warm which made it quite pleasant. There was a small fitness centre before the pool area. Our room was a little bit dark but when it was a sunny day it brightened it up a lot and you could tell they tried to brighten it with several lamps so that could be a pro or a con depending on how you like your lighting. The lamps had outlets but you will need to bring a block for usb charging its just the regular plug ins. No problems with room temperature. Our bed was very soft, again, could be a pro or con depending on what you like. We were minutes walking distance from a lot and only took taxis and uber a few times mostly because of the weather , we didnt use parking or need to rent a car for the area. There was some construction directly under us on the street and it didnt affect the noise levels In my opinion. Over all the staff were very friendly and it was a lovely stay. I will reccomend and return.

  Very central hotel with breakfast and dinner and small bar. Next to metro station. Short walk to Old Montréal. Comfortable rooms and very friendly bilingual staff. Recommended. Being in Chinatown it’s nicely Chinese-themed.
