- SMSK MTLApr 19, 20265.0Beautiful hotel. Small check-in lobby area on the 3rd floor. Simple. I think they prefer you lounge in the nearby bar/lounge for drinks or Marcus restaurant. Spa smells so nice & very nice attendants. Facial was better than massage, which was light & easy going where I asked for something more medium pressure. Nothing special. Pretty expensive but if you want that luxe experience than this is the place.

A huge shoutout to Stephan (sp?) - a fellow New Yorker -for the warm welcome, great local tips, and the thoughtful anniversary surprise he sent to our room—a delicious pastry that was such a kind touch! Every staff member was courteous and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything. Beyond the stunning property, the location is perfect. It is very close to metro stations and surrounded by many restaurants within walking distance that cater to all types of budgets. The room, the service, and the atmosphere were all excellent. This stay definitely makes us want to visit again, and we look forward to our next opportunity to stay at this property!
- CBCraig BernierMar 31, 20261.0Avoid this hotel at all costs. Thsi is by no means a 5 star hotel as they claim to be. I had issues with getting my room cleaned, they literally skipped a day. The concierge was horrible and literally cost me more than my hotel stay was due to their negligence. I get better service at a Hilton property as a Diamond member than the Four Seasons. This hotel is more closely aligned from a service level with the level of a Best Western.

We called to cancel hoping for a credit but they charged us the full cost instead. Then they told me we could still come even if we were sick because COVID is over and lots of people are walking around sick. Very disappointing.
