Very gorgeous hotel, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Our room did have an issue with the temperature being either too hot or too cold, but the staff and maintenance technicians were very responsive and helped fix the problem several times.
The location is also convenient, with attractions like art museum and the Underground City nearby.
Overall, I’m very happy with our stay at Vogue and would definitely stay here again when visiting Montreal.

I was somewhat disappointed with this Hilton's hotel compared to any other Hilton I've been to. I have been to many Marriots, IHG, Hilton, and this one is one of the worst ever.
First thing first, service was amazing! Front desk clerks, the hosts, the valet personnel, all of them gave amazing service no doubt. I felt very welcome and the front desk lady also upgraded our room, which I felt like did not change any inconvenience I had throughout the night that I am about to explain.
First impression, amazing room, beautiful contemporary design, and very chic interior furnitures. The use of wooden furnitures mixed with marbles, love the interior so much. But there are some notable stuff I really did not like overall such as the heat and the noise.
I was on the 7th floor and I could hear other people shouting from the outside street road. Crazy huh? Even a sound from the car or any transportation around was very audible. I checked all the windows to make sure it was closed and yes everything was closed properly.
And then the heat. I set it at 70 F but hell, it did not go lower than 80 F. Our thermostat did not work well and it didnt cool down the room at all. We were cooked at 82 F. It was so hot in our room. I am from Alaska so regular snowy day in Canada means nothing to me. And 80 F in a hotel room is very very hot. I did not sleep very well at night because how hot it was.
Their bathroom was amazing but the toilet portion, it has a vent but not working to suck the air out. The vent is just there passively sucking air out instead of active vent.
On another note, everything is extra charges over and over again.
Front desk told me, oh you got 76 CAD credit for breakfast and 124 cad for any purchases excluding room service. They called it a "credit" given by the hotel but the crazy part was when you combined both, it totalled at 200 CAD, which equalled to the charges they put on my card the first time I checked in.
So technically, those so called "credit" is not free from the hotel. They already pre charged you ahead of time right when you check in. So be careful, just because you read it as credits from them, doesnt mean it is free. They already charged you ahead of time.
Another crazy thing is the parking. They dont have free parking. Youll have no choice but to valet park your car and for overnight, they charge 60 CAD on the parking card they gave you, which they will cut from the 200 credit they charge you before.
I am very disappointed with everything. They know they worked together with Amex Platinum and the way they make money from those who use the 300 credit for the fine hotel choices is from all these small little charges you never know you are charged until you left the room.
Be very careful. They have a ton of section of alcohol choices too. Id be very very careful with drinking any of them if you care about how much they would charge you. There is no list of price of each alcohol like how Marriot or IHG would show you. So youre in for a surprise. At one point, I saw a pack of hygiene kit with body massage oil totally 125 CAD. What do you make those hygiene oil from? Gold? Diamond?
Ohhh I forgot to mention the TV! EVERY SHOWS require charge of 24.99 plus tax and then even listening to music will inquire you 12.99 plus tax.
What??? I could watch the regular channel and that was it.
I prefer being able to watch my google chromecast and no, Im not paying 25 bucks for a movie in a hotel room. Thats sad. Id either spend 25 bucks on a movie theater or id be having sex with my fiance instead. Why would someone go to a hotel, pay 25 bucks, and spend their nights watching a movie?
The best hotel Ive been to was OTL Saguenay. Love the way that I could smart view my phone so I can project my laptop or tablet or even my phone to watch anything on my streaming platform. Or even use OTL Saguenay google chromecast to stream on netflix or disney+. It's 2025.... Everything is digitally done. Be modern, Hilton.
I am 100% not coming back. For 314 bucks per night? A big joke ever in my life.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The location is amazing and walkable to many of downtowns attractions and only 20 min from Quartier des spectacles. This is a curio level Hilton and one of my favorites I’ve stayed at. The restaurant is on the pricier side but it is quite nice. I recommend the turndown service which we did last time we stayed and it was nice to come back from a show to the room being ready for us to retire. Helpful staff whenever I have questions about points or cancellations. Also the smell is devine I love le labo sandalwood.

Horrible. I came in to celebrate a birthday and not even one person at the front desk wished us. Furthermore this is the first time ever staying at a hotel of this quality where a small piece of cake or even a card wishing a happy birthday was not placed in my room. Before you think they did not know. We made several birthday dinner reservations through the hotel and they had our passports with them during checkin. Furthermore upon checkout they promised there were no additional charges on my card. A few days later they charged us for parking and the mini bar. We never even parked at the hotel! And never used the mini bar. Seems the hotel is running a bit of a scam! We even confirmed these facts upon checkout but still got charged!
The rooms amenities are similar to staying at a Motel 6. They place nothing in the room and expect you to call them constantly for items as simple as soap and lotion. The bottles were close to empty when we checked in. They don't even have smart TV's for a recently renovated hotel and you cannot watch any streaming services. The gym is on the top floor in a room with no windows. Similar to working out in a dungeon. They provided our room past 6 pm and said we would get a great view. What they gave us was a view of a piece of undeveloped land. Overall awful. Don't stay here.
