  Visited Montreal last weekend for a PWHL game and it was our first time staying here. We were greeted by Daphnee, who was smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The bonus was being allowed an early check-in. The hotel was clean, affordable, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Nicolas was also working and his customer service was top notch too! This will definitely be our go-to hotel in Montreal from now on.

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received today when calling your hotel to inquire about pet-friendly accommodations. I called to confirm whether your hotel is pet-friendly and to ask about the additional fee for dogs. The receptionist confirmed that the hotel accepts pets but stated that she did not know the pet fee. When I asked for a solution or if she could verify the information for me, she provided no assistance. Instead, she repeatedly asked if I wanted to book a room immediately. I explained that I could not proceed with a reservation without knowing the total cost, including the pet fee. The call ended abruptly when the receptionist hung up on me without offering any help or alternative solution. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing, especially when I was simply requesting basic information needed to make a booking decision. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience reflects very poor customer service and discourages potential guests from choosing your hotel.

  Really enjoyed the place, having a nice hotel close to downtown is really great. The included breakfast is a nice touch too, had a fun time there

  Very happy for the value. Right next to an exit from Berri UQAM station (literally across the street) where 3 metro lines meet. The lobby shared space is amazing with family or kids - large, quite quiet/private, snacks (to be purchased), games and a single occupant washroom. Gym is like a good apartment building gym (tower, 2 treadmills, elliptical, a rack with dumbbells, and a few other things). The room was large enough (smaller than most hotels), washroom fine large walk in shower. Great blackout curtain. The bed though - if that mattress is only some months old (new hotel), and already fairly soft, I'm not sure it'll hold up well. The frame also sometimes made a loud metal banging sound when getting in or out, I'd expect that at a home or Airbnb but not a pro selected hotel bed. Overall though super worth it, great price. Friendly staff too.

  Went to Montreal for Thanksgiving this year. Clean and decent hotel for reasonable price. Nearby Parking Garage. Rooms on the small side and no hot water, luke warm. Reasonable stay.
