  Very basic hotel, honestly surprised it’s even under the Hilton umbrella. We stayed 4 days during the holidays, first note was the awful fried like smell in the hotel from the entrance to the hallways. We had a mobility accessible room, which was not totally accessible, the entrance had an automatic door entry but the bathroom did not and it was hard to open/ close the door with a walker. Shampoo/ conditioner and toilet paper were empty upon arrival and Fridge was not operational. The room itself however was clean and spacious. The walls are unfortunately paper thin and could hear everything, also no views, window are inside the building viewing a hallway with windows that then view the outdoors. Staff was fantastic no complaints, very responsive and friendly. 5 stars to the breakfast lady she is an absolute sweetheart and very hardworking. Location was fantastic right on Decarie and very safe. Not sure it would be our first choice for next time, but a good backup.

  Je vais dans des hôtels assez régulièrement dans différentes région du Québec. Cet hôtel est vraiment mauvais comparativement à la norme. Il est ouvert depuis 3 mois et il a déjà de la rouille dans la douche. L’hôtel m’envoie un message texte à 5h00 du matin pour me demander du feedback. On me dit que le déjeuner dure jusqu’à 11h00 am, mais finalement, c’était jusqu’à 10h et l’employé m’avait donné la mauvaise information. La chaise dans la chambre est la chaise la plus cheap sur laquelle je me suis assis depuis des années. Pas de prise USB à côté du lit. Mind you que j’ai pris une « Suite »… Ce n’était simplement pas une belle expérience. Modification: j’avais mis deux étoiles, je descend mon review à une étoile. Lorsque je vais pour sortir de ma chambre, quelqu’un me demande si je veux changer mes serviettes. Il m’informe que dans le système, c’est écrit que j’allais partir le lendemain (alors que je ne suis venu que pour la nuit). J’appelle a la réception et il me confirme que dans le système, c’est comme si j’allais partir le lendemain. Donc, si je n’avais pas vu cette personne, l’hôtel m’aurait chargé pour 2 nuits alors que je n’aurai et là qu’une nuit.

  The property is located at a short distance from downtown. Has plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Washrooms are really big. Staff is courteous. A few problems which we faced are listed below. If anything from the list bothers you I would not recommend this place to you. • There were no trolleys to carry luggage into the elevator to and from the parking so you have to carry everything yourself. The washrooms were clean but not equipped with toiletries (there were empty shampoo and conditioner bottles not refilled, not enough towels for a family of 4 staying in the room, only one towel was provided and the rest were just small hand towels). No carpets in the room which I personally prefer. The breakfast had very limited options. No hot breakfast was served. Only items like bagels, cereal, muffins, and boiled eggs. The charges per night with all the taxes and fee were over $200 but I've stayed in much better hotels in much lesser price. Overall it's not worth the money in my opinion. I would recommend if you’re going for a night, however if you’re planning to stay for a longer time, might as well consider other options

  Overall, this is a nice hotel for the price, though there is room for improvement especially considering its Hilton affiliation. We stayed for six days, and breakfast was exactly the same every morning. On one occasion, food ran out by 9:00 a.m., which was disappointing. When we asked, the concierge responded, “We do our best.” While I understand challenges can happen, breakfast should be stocked according to the number of guests. On another day, breakfast service was already closing by 9:45 a.m., which was also not ideal. The hallways were generally clean, but it was noticeable that the walls appeared to have been wiped with a wet cloth, leaving visible streaks and patches. Again, for a hotel sponsored by Hilton, higher standards would be expected. On a positive note, the room was cleaned daily, and towels were replaced almost every day, with only one missed day during our stay. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but I would hope to see some improvements next time.

  Had the most amazing stay here! The staff are all lovely, thank you especially to Kabir for going above and beyond for us during our stay! Alesia was super helpful when checking us in! The rest of the staff were so kind and gracious! Room was very clean, perfect layout, very quiet, and I really liked the spaciousness of the washroom and the marble. I appreciate that they provide non toxic wash products — that’s awesome! I slept very well here and honestly I cannot fault them on anything. The staff care so very much and we’re constantly on the move working room to room or gathering things for customers. The gym was great too with the water fountain which we used a lot! Free parking and breakfast included who can complain? Will definitely be back it felt so comfortable staying here! Cannot recommend it more!
