As many here have mentioned, there certainly are things to like about this hotel (only open since about Sept? 2025) - including the very friendly staff and free parking. But compared to other Hilton brands, this one is more basic. For example, the free breakfast only offers hardboiled eggs, yoghurt, and toast/stale bagels. (There was cereal, too, but the milk was hidden.) And they still have start-up problems. Most important, they did not plow their driveway during a major winter storm, so getting back out of their underground garage was almost impossible.

Exceptional Stay
Started from the indoor secure parking, 10 EV chargers which makes life easy
To the staff at the front desk, housekeeping staff and the jewel of the hotel the great lady at the breakfast
The breakfast offered for free as well as the parking (value for money) coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24hrs
The gym was more than great and super clean
The rooms are specious and super clean and fresh
The managers at the hotel just makes you feel always welcome and willing to hear any comments
Highly recommended
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – A Huge Thank You to Omar!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a small panic moment when I realized I’d lost my bag somewhere in my room. When I mentioned it at reception, they kindly said they would check and call me the next day. But that’s when Omar — a member of the support staff (possibly the housekeeping lead) — truly went above and beyond.
Even though he wasn’t the one I initially spoke to, Omar immediately stepped in to help. He listened carefully to the description of my bag, went straight to the lost and found, and spent a good 10–15 minutes searching. And guess what? He came back with my bag in hand! I literally jumped with joy.
Omar was absolutely amazing — proactive, kind, and determined to help me out. It’s rare to come across such dedication and genuine care. I honestly can’t thank him enough for his support.
Huge appreciation to Omar and to the hotel for having such exceptional staff. It’s moments like these that remind me why choosing a reputable brand like this one is always worth it. Please give that man a raise — he’s a true hero!
This review is difficult to write because my experience was split down the middle—one team deserves five stars, and the other, unfortunately, warrants one. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers good value for its location in relation to the price point (typical rates were reasonable, but the front-line staff interaction was highly inconsistent.
The Brilliant Night Shift: True Hospitality
The team working the late evening dark haired girl i think her name was Meriam not sure and overnight shifts were absolutely outstanding and are the only reason this rating isn't lower. Checking in late was a breeze; the attendant was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to provide clear directions to my room and even quickly resolved a small issue with the key card without a sigh or a delay.
On another night, I had a question about local transport late at night, and the attendant Franco i think his name was researched the best route and schedule for me unprompted, he also took my safety into consideration which i appreciate. They treated every guest with respect and were the epitome of professional, five-star service—truly going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. If you are dealing with the night staff, you are in great hands.
The Disappointing Day Shift: Room for Improvement
In sharp contrast, dealing with the daytime front desk was consistently a frustrating experience. On multiple occasions, the staff appeared uninterested, cold, and outright dismissive. Waiting times were long, even when the desk was staffed, as they seemed preoccupied with non-guest related tasks or chatting amongst themselves.
When I finally did get attention, asking a simple question about where to find a good local coffee shop was met with a blank stare and a vague, unhelpful shrug. The general attitude was one of minimal effort and zero warmth. It felt as if I was inconveniencing them by simply requiring service. This lack of basic customer engagement greatly lowered the entire feel of the hotel during peak hours.
General Observations
The rooms are typical of a modern Hilton property—clean, quiet, and well-designed, with comfortable beds. The location is convenient for accessing the Midtown area. Breakfast was basic but service was great with the lady Josie I think it was.
Sorry if I don't get all the names right, but Meriam, Franco and Josie made my stay very pleasent thank you guys.
Final Verdict
Spark by Hilton has a great foundation, but the stark inconsistency in service makes it hard to recommend without this major caveat. Management needs to address the training and attitude of the daytime front-line team, as they are actively undermining the excellent work and true hospitality demonstrated by the night shift.
So we checked in at night a few weeks back was greeted pleasently by the night manager Frank.
Super professional and very helpful great attitude shows he cares.
He came outside to show us where the pad and indoor parking garage was since my husband and i had no clue where it was. Also nice to see that he always had a smile on his face.
The breakfast was very simple but don't expect anything hot it's all cold food.
There were bagels, muffins, fruits, cereals and cold hard boiled eggs and that's it not kidding. Hopefully that changes in the future. The breakfast lady was sweet and was always there to help.
The rooms are very nice hardwood floors, spacious. The location is about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown.
Missing a bar lounge area to have drinks so we settled for the bar across the street Solaris.
Also missing food in the evening no resturant in the hotel.
I do recommend this hotel and I recommend meeting Frank he is truly helpful and very funny.
We def will be back to this hotel as long as Frank is there. 5 stars in my books.
