  Clean rooms but poorly designed, some furnitures missing, no water kettle nor coffee maker in the rooms. Budget hotel. Dorm vibe. No pool. Toilet clogging and employee tells to discard toilet paper in the bin. Good side: receptionist was very helpful and changed the room. Gym is decent. Disappointed. Hilton can do better.

  The reception was incredible. Celine, the receptionist, was exceptionally warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and her attention to detail and kindness truly made a difference. She set the perfect tone for a wonderful stay.

  Overall the room was nice the only issue is that it was advertised as a smart TV but it's not... We could not watch any apps at all and had to resort to cable tv ( not bad but "guide" was not working so we had to sift through the channels 1 by 1 ). Overall the hospitality was mediocre, they were fast to answering text and maybe they missed our room by mistake but we were told that our room was turned over but it was not because our blanket was left the same way we left it in the morning. Our garbage was not taken out for over the course of two days which led it to overflow, it's really not on us to text downstairs every time we need the basic necessities we paid for. Moving onto payment, our room was not paid for in full, we were only charged for a small portion for the room, however we booked it very far in advance, leaving us to pay for the rest of the room when we we're leaving. Maybe we missed that in the description, but that should be clearly stated. Parking is free so that's a plus, the cleanliness fee is $200.

  We had an excellent experience during our family stay. We were genuinely surprised to see some low ratings, as our experience was extremely positive. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering complimentary parking and breakfast. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Our children thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. The room was spacious, and the hotel overall provided a comfortable and accommodating environment for families. We would certainly return for another stay and confidently recommend it to our friends. Thank you for such a pleasant and memorable experience.

  We stayed at this hotel in February and the HEATING was not working, they changed our floor to another room, exactly same thing. They had portable heaters in front desk, they knew about the issue and didn’t do anything about it. If you expect me to take a portable heater to my room make sure to compensate for it also.
