The hotels located right next to down town making it a perfect location. Service was great and so was the room while being a bit dated. I would definitely stay here again.

However, while I was shoveling the snow to get out, an employee from the hotel (I believe he was a valet) came over with two shovels so that we could shovel together. Additionally, a city employee who was part of the snow removal crew came by and borrowed my retractable car shovel to help me. Thank you to both the hotel and city employees.

The hotel kindly accommodated us with an early check-in at 10:00 a.m., which was greatly appreciated, and a late check-out at 2:00 p.m. on departure day, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The front desk team provided consistently excellent service—professional, warm, and attentive. In the evening, a staff member thoughtfully followed up to ensure our comfort, a gesture that made us feel genuinely well cared for. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary drink at the hotel bar, which added a refined and welcoming touch to the experience. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, with high-quality offerings that reflected the hotel’s commitment to detail and guest satisfaction.
